The place to be in Durres, this beautiful restaurant is located on the beach with stunning views of the Adriatic sea. You can definitely enjoy a lazy afternoon soaking up the sunshine, which has a great beach club vibe. The food was delicious, we opted for Sushi, along with deep-fried shrimp and spring rolls, and were not disappointed. We were also spoilt with a 10 year Barolo wine for great value. The service was exceptional and we were very well taken care of throughout the day by Perparim, he was very attentive. We enjoyed cocktails with a magical sunset to finish the day. It's a great place to meet friends, listen to music, have a shisha, and socialise.

We came here to have cocktails and to watch the sunset. The service was a bit scattered, but tolerable. The classy architecture and fabulous interior design of the place made up for it, as did the sunset views. Very romantic.

🌇 Zins is a very beautiful place right above the sea. There is a lot of space inside and on the summer terrace. Restaurant is divided into zones. 🍸 I took non-alcoholic mojito and hookah. I really liked the mojito, but the hookah could be better, but it was still normal. 💸 Prices are normal for the place of this level. Hookah 1200 lek, mojito 600 lek. Here you can pay by card. 👩🏻‍🍳 Staff speaks English well.

We had the sushi and it was delicious. Service was good but there was construction noise about it p meters away ( I know not their fault but it was a bit of a pain) price is fair because the sushi is so good.

Nice seating areas, tables for dinning, cabanas, lounge areas.. Beautiful sunset. The seafood is amazing... And the sushi firatt class.

We came in at 22:30, the restaurant was already preparing to close. But the chef and the waiters were such nice persons that they still served us this immaculate plate of sushi and a couple of other dishes. This is the best sushi we’ve ever had. I would definitley reccomend this to anyone looking for high quality sushi!

Speaking shortly: - location 5* - interiors 5* (with some minor concerns) - food/cousins 3* (ceasar salad almost without chicken, limited portions) - atmosphere 5* (relaxing and nice view) - service 4* (I'm sure it can be better) It's worth visiting, at least once. Good for the 🌇 sunset.

The Zins is an amazing place. The view is beautiful - we saw the sea wawes during the meal, the waitress are nice and kind, the food is divine. It was so good that we ate here twice during our holiday. The Sushi was delightful both times, this sushi was exquisite. The salads and pasta are also apetizing. Eating here during the sunset is a great choice. We recommend Zins with all of our heart. 💗

Waited for over 30 minutes seated by the table and nobody approached us to even clean the dirty dishes from the previous customers. Asked 4 different members of staff and been completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to waste your time

Really good sushi. Amazing location. I was a bit worried about the staff by reading online reviews, however the waiters we had were all polite and nice. Highly recommend!

We came there to try their hookah (shisha). I believe that we took “Fruit Passion”, which had a really good taste, but not so strong (5 points out of 10). There might be other, stronger options available. The price was 1200 LEK. It would be good to add hot tea to the menu, as it usually completes well the hookah. The food (sushi and Caesar salad) was Okay, but not more than that.

Just okay! If you want to wait more than half an hour for a drink ,you are at the right place. The staff is young and I don’t know why they are so slow. Such a shame. Just for the view is not worth it.

We came to this restaurant for dinner during our holiday and we ordered the Combi 1 Sushi with 40 pieces and it was one of the best that I have ever tasted. The ratio of rice in each piece was perfect and there was a wide choice of different types of sushi rolls. Everything was fresh and the service was excellent. The waiters speak good English and they were attentive and fast. One note though, if you want to get a good seat outside you should call a day before and make a booking.
