Never been here before and stopped off to get a coffee at Costa, got a parking fine for being 37 minutes. Signs can't be that obvious as didn't see anything. Will never go there again and also warn all my family and friends not to go there. Ridiculous parking charges and doesn't promote a pleasant shopping experience. Avoid!

PARKING SCAM!!!!!!!!! Do not use the small carpark near Greg’s or nandos. 30 min time limit!! Went at 8 pm in the winter dec 20 did not see the the very very small signs when I went to nandos be at night time! Charged £60 extra for meal, will never go to there again. Parking company is a joke they do not even listen to your appeals. Parking company needs to get a grip and make the signs much bigger and even signage the road driving in to that area. Avoid at all costs! Major parking scam!!!!!

BEWARE PCM PARKING TRAP! The parking outside Nandos, Costa and Gregg's is short stay at 30 mins. £160 fine!!!

The construction is going on. People and travellers using A30 Winchester Road have suffered a lot while the construction near the roadside. I am pretty sure it will do good as it has some crowd alluring aspects like Aldi, Nandos, Costa and Oak furnitureland, Wren Kitchens plus Tapi carpet and floors. Few things to keep in mind, I will contribute in economic prospect of Basingstoke as a Town and bring hundreds of jobs. It surely will provide customers choice and alternatives too. People are excited to see Nandos and Costa here. Besides that superstores, grocery, furniture and kitchen stores will be competing with one another for good of customers. As it encompasses 166,000 sq feet of area with state of art design, there will be some more exciting store to come. (Just given 4 stars which can be changed after it comes in operation.:-))

DONT GO HERE - PARKING SCAM!!! Same as so many other reviews, this is about the 30 mins parking scam in front of Nandos, Costa and Greggs. Hopefully those restaurants know they will lose customers because the extortionate charge from Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd will mean I’m not going back.

AWFUL!!! Parked to use Greggs, not noticing an INCREDIBLY SMALL sign about a parking limit of 30mins. Queue in Gregg's and two small children eating obviously took over 30mins. Letter a week letter with a HUGE PARKING FINE. Absolutely ridiculous and dishonest of the retail park. Will not return...AVVVOOOIIIDDDDDD

I'm leaving this review for the bookies 'coral'. Not parking or Costa or any of the other places on this retail park people seem to have left reviews about Come on people, do u not read what you are reviewing. It's perfect for a quick bet.

Great service and "On the go" food from Greggs. Costa need to update their Sunday opening times though. Disappointed that they weren't open when it stated on Google that they were. One star lost.

Nice selection of shops. Not sure why there is a betting shop there now, just brings the place down. Would be nicer if bins weren't constantly overflowing

This retail park has a very welcoming costa but unfortunately does not have easy access i.e. automatic opening/closing glass doors. It does however have a button to push acquiring the assistance of the staff assuming they are not serving. Do better please Costa by installing the automatic door system helping not only those with mobility issues but your own staff. Come the good weather the table/chairs outside are a very pleasant feature. I look forward to returning and trust sooner rather than later the issue of the door accessing the coffee house is improved by means of automation. Many thanks.

Great shops shame about the parking. I am shocked within 10mins of sitting in the car watching the world go by. I have been witness to 5 protential accidents. Why you ask. Well nobody looks at signs or road markings. Cars been driven in the wrong dirention of traffic flow. Its just a matter of time for.somebody to get really hurt. In addition there is no pavement of sorts for people to walk to their cars, other than whats available along the front of the shops themselves . Seems these parks are all about making fast money without considering the the risks to people and children. Ine day i will read in the paper a story about it. Hope not.
