Jetts baseendeen staff are extremely rude , i have never experience this low and down they looked upon me . I was willing to see them and to talk about i have lost my Gym key , so i visited them to replace and visited after 12:30 pm while the staff was in a gym and i say hi to her this afternoon and she did not even say hi to me or not even open the door for me to find out what am i looking for . I am a regular member few months now . But hey if you insult your members this way . Jetts baseendeen WA , shame on you . i have the right to judge you that whoever own the gym does not deserve even to own a gym I want to cancel my memver ship asap

Can’t believe it, but I’ve been going to Jetts Bassendean for 9 years! It just feels like home. It’s well-kept and clean, has excellent equipment with everything you need and more, never too busy when I go, and has great lighting to see those gains. When I’ve been overseas and had to try different gyms, they just weren’t the same, and I feel a sense of ease and relief when I return—great atmosphere and I always feel safe. Management are prompt with their communication and there to support when needed. Huge credit to the staff.

Very good gym, facilities are spotless, the team there are friendly and helpful without being pushy. I have been going at different times and always am able to use what I need without having to wait. The machines are terrific. Would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely love and whole heartedly recommend Jetts Bassendean. The staff are down to earth, very friendly and really helpful. Returning to the gym after a long absence, I was overwhelmed and anxious but that was soon put to rest. Not only are the staff awesome but the other members are also friendly and welcoming. Love this place 🤗♥️

Super awesome environment, polite staff members who help with any question possible, gym equipment was always clean and in good nick! Overall this gym was one to stand out and make me feel comfortable. Would recommend to anyone! 10/10 👏🏼 Thanks guys!

Jetts Bassendean is one of the most cleanest, friendliest and kindest gyms I have ever been to. Scott is an amazing PT always encouraging, supportive, full of knowledge, teaches proper safe techniques, friendly and funny and always pushes me to be and do my best!

If you lost your bank card, and ordered a new bank card and forgot about the jetts gym account and forgot to tell them to cancel your account with them than get ready for war of jetts harassing you non stop. Ha goodluck to those that want to cancel with this toxic gym that lacks basic gym equipment. By far the worst gym in Perth, so much more gyms that are way superior than this one. Don’t waste your money with toxic jetts staff members and the lack of gym equipment there, go literally anywhere else because any gym I mean any gym is way better than this one.

I joined Jetts earlier this year and have been doing regular PT sessions with Brianna. As someone who has always been slightly intimidated by gyms, I have found Jetts to be a very welcoming and friendly place. The staff are great and the facilities are well maintained. I would highly recommend 😊

I don't leave reviews very often, but I really feel like Jetts Bassendean is deserving of a 5 star review. I have been welcomed by the team since May 2023. The gym is clean, vibrant and I always feel safe and comfortable to complete a workout on my own. The staff are wonderfully kind and I would like to make a special mention of Bri who has been my personal trainer all this time. She is not only a great trainer and small business owner, but someone who I look forward to seeing each week. 5 Stars!!!

Couldn't speak highly enough of Jetts Bassendean, the place is fantastic and has everything you need to get in a solid workout. No complaints, staff are incredibly friendly (Thanks Caitlin :)) what i like the most is you can go train whenever you want. 5 stars all the way. Jaimie

I highly recommend Jetts Bassendean. The staff are super friendly and supportive. The gym is always kept clean and has a strong focus on their community. The J-Series classes are great fun, I would recommend them to anyone new to training or experienced, to get that bit of extra motivation.
