I like the pizza at this location. The problem is that they have gotten our order wrong several times, the forgot items, and every now and then, it takes 3-4 hours to get your order from delivery. We have contact the place via email and Facebook messenger and have never gotten a response. My latest experience with them was their anniversary deals. The card states that “if you get a pizza, you get a free order of bread bites”. I read the card several times to make sure I was not making a mistake, and then called to order. Nowhere on the card does it state that it’s carry out only. I’m fact, the card clearly says that they offer “fast and friendly delivery serves”, right next to the offer. The manager and worker both checked the card and agreed but the refused to honor the deal. I think Pizza Boys will be getting our business from now on

Really loved the juicy pizza, little on the saltier side, but definitely very tasty and unique. Most people take out, so dine in atmosphere wasn't that great.

Delivery Service was horrible. I would give 0 stars if possible. The order was placed at 8pm. After an hour of waiting, I called to check where the pizza was and was informed that the delivery driver was on his way. At 10pm the pizza had still not arrived and I called again. I was told again that the driver was on his way and he never arrived. So I never even received the pizza that I order after over 2 hours of waiting.

I had the pleasure of visiting Domino's Pizza in Basseterre, St. Kitts recently and I couldn't resist trying their Spinach & Feta pizza. I must say, it was a fantastic experience that left me craving more! The first time, I ordered their hand-tossed crust with garlic knots and cheese deep. It was an explosion of flavors in my mouth! The spinach and feta combination was perfectly balanced, and the garlic knots added an extra layer of deliciousness. The crust was cooked to perfection, providing a satisfying texture that kept me coming back for more. On my second visit, I opted for their Brooklyn-style thin crust. I was blown away by how well the crispy and delicious crust complemented the Spinach & Feta toppings. The thin crust allowed the flavours of the toppings to truly shine through, and it was a delightful change from the hand-tossed version. The staff at Domino's Basseterre were friendly and efficient, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing quality pizzas have definitely earned my loyalty. If you find yourself in Basseterre, St. Kitts, I highly recommend a visit to this Domino's location for a mouth-watering Spinach & Feta pizza experience. Whether you prefer hand-tossed or Brooklyn-style thin crust, you won't be disappointed!

I met Denise around town while I was visiting st.kitts and she began talking highly about dominoes pizza. I told her I'm from the U.S and I don't eat dominoes back at home. She began educating me about the company and told me she has the best domino's on the island and she challenged me to try the pizza from her store. Me and a couple of friends shopped and went by after to try the pizza. I ordered a pepperoni my friends ordered the pacific veggie pizza. Denise made the pizza herself to assure my pizza was perfect. As I waited for my pizza, I walked into the restroom to wash my hands. That was the cleanest restroom on the island that I've been in. I find it to be important when selling food. So our pizza came out and I gave Denise her props the pizza was amazing! It didn't even taste like the same pizza from the states. I must say if companies had more workers like Denise that committed, take pride in there work and stride for customer satisfaction there business will be very successful. If your in the area and enjoy a fresh delicious pizza give Denise a ring.

The customer service was awful I placed an order they said they will call when my order was ready most an hour later I got my order I had to call so many times then the lady had she attitude saying them no suppose to call I should know when my order Rady like really......and gonna say with attitude oh a guess we got to call everybody when they order tell them it ready. I hung up my phone.

I'm from the state's and I've been here since March 11 2020 still here due to covid 19 so it was nice to have something that was close to back home and it tasted really good and good customer service

They took too long to give me the pizzas after they were ordered and ready. I saw other persons who placed orders after me leaving with their own. I had to get up and inquire about my order. After 30 mins. Poor service tonight.

We were looking forward to trying this place and compare it to the US. Unfortunately it wasn’t very good. We felt like we tasted more of the dough and bread then sauce and ingredients. Ingredients had a not fresh and acquired taste, and there was barely any sauce. Delivery driver was really slow, and by the time he got here, the pizza was cold. We love Dominos, but after this experience we won’t be getting again down here on the island.

Very disappointed with tonight's service. It is a customer's right to request a return of payment after not receiving product in a timely manner when persons who follow long after do, bypassing you. Obviously there was no question of capacity when a 3 pizza order can be fulfilled before a single pizza order that was made 25 mins before said 3 pizzas. To refuse to honor a return request of simple EC dollars but go out of your way to break a float to pay a customer in US dollars has highlighted a great deal. I dress simply but by no means am I a simple person. Thank you to the final cashier who made an actual attempt. I no longer however patronize this business.

I order chicken pizza but I received with no chicken. Disappointed

0 stars, customer service is beyond terrible and lazy, I have to wait for hours at least 3 - 6 to get a pizza and they screw up your order.
