Visbek the Village beautiful the people are great. Clean safe and green! And this Hotel is superb, no words to say, clean and perfect bedding, nice and clean big washrooms, picturesque balcony with clean air and view of the old church and war memorial. I can say the owner Rene is a down to earth hardworking and very nice gentleman. Takes care of all the guests. Nice dinner and breakfast. Loved being here and recommend this to people.

Good price, also for the big beers (I recommend the Paulaner). Great service. Free parking nearby. Big rooms with a minibar. The room was very warm during our stay (we did have a corner room though). There is a fan, but no ac. The schnitzel in the restaurant is great! There is a church nearby, so if you're not used to church bells ringing it might be annoying.

Really, really nice Superior room, large, clean, updated and with a balcony. Staff/owners extremely serviceminded - we came around 8 pm and at 9 pm they served Wienerschnitzel, where we could hear the meat being pounded in the kitchen. And in the morning a huge buffet with local foods. If you have the possibility while driving through Germany, you should definitely consider a stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Traveling from abroad is not always easy, but this hotel made me feel very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and my room was absolutely lovely with modern amenities. I had very good quality wifi access and my bed was actually quite comfortable. I especially enjoyed the food here. Fantastic! Will certainly be coming back in the future.

Awesome place. I was in Visbek for a month for work and Rene was very accommodating with my lack of German. The restaurant is really good and the setup in the beer garden is perfect. Beds were really comfortable and all of the amenities were great. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

We stayed for a night in August 2020. Rene our host was very friendly and helpful and speaks great English. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and quite reasonably priced. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bells in the nearby church were a tad loud on Sunday morning but thankfully didn't last too long. We'll be using this hotel again next year.

Hotel Stüve was just as nice or better than some of the big name hotels I’ve stayed at in San Francisco, New York, or the few boutique hotels I stayed at while traveling internationally. The room was modern and spacious and has a super comfortable bed, there is an amazing breakfast buffet, the staff was great, and you can’t beat the price! I’ll be back again!

The rooms were large and clean, the staff very polite and service minded. We arrived late at the hotel and the kitchen had just closed for the day. Despite of that they offered to cook us a lovely late night dinner. Central location, dog friendly and great food. We will definitely return.
