Really nice place yo relax and enjoy some time for yourself. Really clean and nice atmosphere it looks you are in turkey. The staff is really nice and welcoming. The bath is amazing. I went with 2 friends and we were able to do it together. The massage area is also good and the masseurs really professional. More than recomendable

Very nice experience. Staffs were super nice and facilities were well-kept and clean. I should have prepare more time to spend at the facility it was very relaxing traditional Turkish experience. Friday is the only day that's available for men. Wish there are at least 2x per week!

Really nice place to relax with awesome atmosphere!! I came a bit too close to the closing hour, but it was still awesome. Free flow tea. The lady who took care of me was very nice (unfortunately I can't remember her name..) Overall amazing experience.

Turkish Spa is truly a lovely place to enjoy a day with friends. The facilities are of good quality, although at times, you might feel a bit rushed. Despite that, I highly recommend it. It's an experience worth trying!

Very nicely done, you can't see it from the outside. Very nice staff, everything to absolute satisfaction. The applications run very well. Only the changing room is too small and definitely not equipped enough with two changing rooms. Otherwise highly recommended.

We were a bit apprehensive at the very beginning as we had not ever been to a hamam. This place is a real gem in Dusseldorf and everyone is uber nice. We went for a special package for just 90 euro and we were treated like royalty: bathed with olive oil soap, aloe Vera facial cream, oil massage for 30 mins which was just outstanding. Highly recommended for a high quality service. I have weekly massages and I know when a massage is good or not.

It was an extremely relaxing day, with this wonderful Haman bath, rub and soap massage and I now feel like a new person. Above all, the employees were extremely hard-working and friendly. It is not just an experience but a gift to your own body. I will recommend the hammam to everyone. Especially Debia the massage was very, very good.

Lovely experience! Visited with a friend and since it was our first time we were a bit nervous regarding which rules we should follow but the staff was absolutely amazing and really caring and we both felt very welcome and comfortable!

Best discrete experience I've ever had inside a SPA. No restrictions, very professional employees, absolutely experienced masseuses and not to mention the wellness feeling all around. Extraordinary traditional Turkish Hamam for females and males on separate days. Absolutely suggestable.

A turkish hamam in germany was a nice experience. It was like a little trip to my hometown. The atmosphere is oriental, its very clean and the personal friendly. Thank you very much

Very clean and relaxing

Super nice staff who tried very hard to ensure a great, relaxing break. The Hamam 2 would be nice if you closed the door, then it would be quieter.

Unfortunately far too full, otherwise great. Because we were there on the weekend, I felt very pressured to take the next step. There was no peace and quiet, even though the staff tried very hard.

Unfortunately there is no atmosphere at all and everything is very old. The showers are falling apart and everything is so dark. Treatment is good and staff is very friendly

We were there yesterday because of the good reviews, which unfortunately we cannot share at all, it was very crowded, very disorganized, the staff were very unfriendly except for one, it smelled musty everywhere, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The mask was supposed to be Alue Vera, it smelled very unpleasant, the smoking room smelled extremely and was not ventilated. The peeling was very unpleasant, washing too hard was sometimes painful, definitely not recommended. The massage, however, was really great but otherwise, it was a shame. We were happy but disappointed

In any case, friendly staff work there who will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Relaxing atmosphere and nice massage

we visit this place while on our holiday in Dusseldorf. very high service , amazing atmosphere, very relaxing. when we come again in Germany, definitely will visit again. highly recommended!!

We have been visiting the hammam for several years and were surprised by the new owners last week. However, we can only report positive things. A very hard-working, super nice and well-coordinated team. We cannot understand the complaints that things always have to happen quickly. This simply provides good structure and pure relaxation. We will definitely come back :) The only point of criticism, however, is that as long-standing customers we would also be happy about the old masseurs (the name Emel definitely means something to every older guest).

This is one of the best Hamams in Düsseldorf, I have experienced so far! You cannot book an appointment beforehand so there will be some waiting. There are sperate days for men and women. Now about the hamam experience itself, the staff are very friendly and inside of the hamam is quite big. We took programme 2 and it was worth it. There are two types of Sauna (dry and wet). The full body massage and the face massage were exceptional. The peeling and the whole body soaping and shampoo-ing was very thorough. Also, the waiting area for relaxing had unlimited supply of tea. We just put our aloe vera/ green tea masks on and relaxed while sipping tea. We came out the hamam feeling greah and smelling good. Also, I would definitely recommend to have enough time on hand as the waiting period can be long depending on the day of the week and time.

I will never go there again, unfriendly staff, very rude, overwhelmed the most, the lady with the black curls, very cheeky, she needs training on how to deal with customers. Waiting too long for a peeling and massage. Wanted a relaxation but came out with disaster.
