The hotel is beautiful & modern. I loved that they had rituals products in their bathrooms. The ocean front view from the outdoor restaurant was great to look at while enjoying my breakfast. The cool breeze was everything.

Great reception and location Bad internet and restaurant service + Nice interior Clean Good food Spa (not free) massage etc... 35000cfa Gym (included) Very nice location and garden and building in general - Barely any internet (no streaming) TV barely works-no choice in channels Reception Personnel barely speak English-Spanish mainly Complicated procedure to connect to the internet Extreme slow restaurant service My main disappointments are: not enaugh internet bandwidth not enaugh interesting tv channels And the price-too expensive

Bata deserve a high level hotel like this and the Pan-African Hotel is filling this position. Recently opened and my first stay here, the impression is excellent, good attention to details and comfort this Boutique hotel is going to be a star in the Bata accomodation market. The cherry on top of the cake is the SPA , beautiful with outside pool and inside one with heated water, Hammam, Sweedish sauna and Jacuzzi. Staff well trained and kind, Wish full success to this new boutique, defenetely recommended

The first impression you'll get when you get here is the beautiful African theme with sculptures, vibrant and relaxing colors. Hotel Panafrica is super clean, the landscape very well maintained and the staff is mostly made of local people something that tells about the management commitment to its own community. It is located on the Paseo Maritimo close to the supermarket, bank, pharmacy, port, airport and phone companies. The nearest hospital is not so close by. The room is well kept, the bed is confortable and seems to be sound proof as well. The gym is basic, there is enough to get a good sweat on but it is no Gold's Gym. I'm not really a pampered person, so I know nothing about spas but esthetically it respects the general African theme and looks good. I observed that there is a lot women working here at all levels, something that says a lot about management again. However, the lack of foreign language speaking staff is to be noted. If your Spanish is not up there, be ready to be lost in translation at first. Overall, an enjoyable experience but I am interested to see how they function when they're fully booked.

It's a good place to spend a night visiting Bata. The receptionist, Inés Makuta, helped me so much. I will come back if she still working there.
