Spacious and very clean rooms. The dinner a la carte was delicious. There were no menus, but QR codes to view those. There is a swimming pool for which slippers are mandatory. During the week kids are allowed to use the swimming pool under a responsible adult superb only during the afternoon. The breakfast was continental.

The hotel has a good location, but a lot of old things, such as TV, sauna made not the best impression. The stuff is chill and relaxed, so if u need something, u will need to find it by yourself. When we were checking out the nice guy was on reception, so I think, it depends on who is working this day. Important to mention, that everything in hotel reminds u about virus, I personally hate this, I want to relax, come on, you force 90% to take experimental jabs and we are so far from normality. The hotel is to spend one night and check out and never come back. The parking places are limited and if you are late, u will need to park in very strange and not safe parking spot. Everything you want to do, you should book in advance, lunch, dinner, go to the bar etc. It is like in some public sanatorium, not 4-star hotel.

Very nice Hotel with both friendly and professional staff. Large bedrooms, clean and fresh Spar with gym. I ate in the Restaurant both in the evening and for breakfast, this was very nice. Try the mushrooms to start, mouth watering.

The hotel is reasonably priced staff warm and helpful I have scored low as the room had bulbs not working television did not work soap but no shampoo missed care

Not pet friendly at all ! You can’t take your pet to the common spaces but also the pet policy says you should never leave the pet alone in the room. So what are we supposed to do?

This is the great hotel with the great staff especially John who gave us the greatest help in the early morning. The hotel should be very proud of to have him to present the best services. We enjoy the staying.

We came here for the Spa. We found it relaxing, even though there were quite a few people. I wish we got to use the Jacuzzi once... I don't know how they control the amount of people that go into the spa area.

Everything was fine during my stay but the hotel is a bit overpriced in my opinion

Really good place, quiet, good rooms

The temparture in the hotel lounge and in the room is tropical high. The airco in the room cannot cannot be switched on. We had to call reception where they can manually turn it on (and probably off again). There are other ways to save energy!!

Wahnsinnig freundliches Personal, immer erkannt wenn der Gast was benötigt. Zimmer sauber, Frühstück ausreichend, von den Wurstwaren zu wenig abwechslungsreich.

Super Lage, gute Zimmer und ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Stadtzentrum zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber.
