Please note currently they're having maintenance issues, swimming pool closed, Rooms everywhere ice cold even after aircon is OFF because corridors and lobby Aircon is too cold, water in shower not hot. But they're charging fees as normal. Its better to avoid until they fix these issues. Will review again after my next stay. It used to be one of my favourite hotels but its best to avoid for now. Staff are nice as always but they're unable to rectify the issues at the moment. I think will take time.

Exterior of the hotel looks grand but when we entered the room the bed looks abit stained and dirty. The comforter and towel were smelly. The bathtub and some parts of the room were stained too. Good for just a quick one night stay but wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to stay in hotel for long.

I have very much excited when I seen the add in the website and then book a hotel room via Agoda, for staying one night with kids just to enjoy and play with kids at the swimming pool. My Disappointed start from here : 1. Surrounding the hotel- there is a construction works on going just beside the hotel. No near by restaurant or coffee shop. 2. Entrance to the hotel: No welcome greetings or no one say hi or hello. 3. Booking counter : There are few counter but only two of them are working, waiting in Q and confirm the room at level 5. Receptionist informed us that, Swimming pool is under maintenance so cant use swimming pool, I wanted to cancel my booking but no choice already make the payment . 4. Enter to the Room: 🙄 * Floor carpet is too old and not clean * only two small water bottle * Bed is too small then expected * sofa is too old and not clean * reuse shampoo in the toilet * reuse soap in the toilet * towel is too old and not clean, not soft However we pass the night and early morning go down for breakfast because kids are complaining that they want to go home as hotel room is YAKI We came down 6.30 for breakfast and then check out at 7am. breakfast was ok 7 of 10 4 star hotel 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Hotel seems have some history but overall is clean and tidy. The front desk staff were very helpful! Gave me a lot of recommendations for food, beaches, etc. I forget the lady’s name. But I will come back for her!

Nice environment. They have refreshment drinks. My room was not ready because it has some defaults. They manage to change me to another room. Very near to the batam centre ferry port.

The hotel building is massive but old & need maintenance & repair works. Booked Junior Suite at first for 2 nights at level 3 but noted there is no natural lights come through the room and have damp smell. Decided to downgrade to deluxe with natural lights at same level. Even though the hotel was rather quiet as not much guests, my family and my toddler slept well. Location is pretty near batam centre ferry terminal, One Batam Mall & Lotte Hypermart. We ordered gojek car through apps and pay in cash to the driver for transfer. Hotel service is good. They attended to my request with reasonable speed (even though not the fastest service). Breakfast options are not fantastic & limited choice. But the spread covers asian (fried rice, fried noodle/ bee hoon), western (salad, croissant), cereals for kids, live station for eggs, fruits.

Place is accessible and service is exceptional even though the hotel is quite old. However rooms are very worn out and dusty. Food is below average but the people there are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was down with a power failure two days before our check-in, hotel didn't even inform us till we check in . They transferred us to a lovina inn for the night which was way much cheaper. Hotel promises to get back to us on compensation but they didn't even reply on our msg we wasted time and extra transportation fee for the transfer. Was very disappointed by their arrangement.

It was a 2D1N trip. We had booked for 6 rooms for 11 people. At the time of check-in, only 2 rooms were ready. When the 4 rooms were ready 2 hrs later, there was no towels, no toilet rolls. We had to call for the items. The rooms were musky, carpets and bedsheets were damp despite the air-conditioning were not cold. On the day of check out, a friend had placed her bag on the centrepiece table on level 3. When she tried to lean on the table, the tallest vase crashed to the floor. The hotel rep Fahmi told us we had to pay 1.4mil rupiahs. We told him the table was wobbly. He insisted our friend sat on the table and said will give us discount to 1.3mil rupiahs. He let it slipped last month the table was wobbly too and a guest had to pay for the vase. We tried to reason with him that if the table is wobbly, hotel should at least rectify the issue or place a card that people should not go near the table. What if it is a child who crash the vase and injured himself/herself? The rep refused to let us talk to the manager, he said the manager was on off duty yet he claimed he had discussed with the manager over phone call. He showed us the CCTV footage. It was obvious that our friend had only leaned onto the table and the vase toppled because of the unstable table. The rep kept insisting that our friend sat on the table when it was obvious she leaned. Then the rep suddenly said he would call the police, and his last discount to us was 1.2mil rupiahs. This is the ultimate bullying and scam. Why coerce us into paying for something of no fault to us? When the CCtV footage showed that it was the wobbly table that caused the topple? What if such an ‘accident’ happened? The hotel would earn money! Lastly, the price of the vase should be fixed, why would the rep kept giving discount? And we all know the price of the vase does not cost more than 500k rupiahs. It was a first time trip to Batam for a few of us. And this experience from this 4.5stars hotel leave a sour taste. They are cheats and bullies.
