100% excellent service. The room was clean, the bathroom had a decent shower, the beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked. It was within walking distance to a nice restaurant. Staff was very helpful... they even ordered a pizza for us. I had a small problem with the door lock but it was easily fixed. Price seemed high (P4,000 for 24hrs) 4.5 stars

Clean spacious rooms. Great service!

My sister and I went here because of power interruption at our place which have been ongoing for the past 2 days. Prior to finding this particular inn, we've already gone to other nearby hotels however, due to Covid or for whatever unknown reasons, they won't accommodate us. Luckily, we were able to pass by this inn and they happily allowed us to stay. The place is neat considering their very low-priced rate. I will definitely choose this again if similar situation will arise.

A visible guard of the building must be visible, since the gate of the hotel is open. I hope they have a kitchen to request for meals, specially breakfast.

A little bit spacious for a cheap room. Quite amusing as attendants are dressed as sailors and very courteous. Stairs near the reception is very steep. Free plated breakfast delivered to your room at your specified time. Also, free toothbrush, soap and tissue, with hot and cold shower. However, no shampoo was provided. Also, no trash bin inside the room or toilet.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Pros: staff are friendly, young men who brought breakfast were very accommodating. Air con works good. Breakfast was tasty. Cons: after check-in and payment, they changed the price and asked us to pay more. We refused because it's very unethical to give a price, make an agreement then decide to change it. Also, CR is old and dirty, lots of stains on walls and flour and the shower isn't enclosedso the water splashes out and gets the floor wet. Beds are quite hard. Pool filter wasn't running and it was dirty, green algae on the bottom, needed to be vacuumed.

Friendly staff. Sadly, my sister in law will not agree with this. She did not get a pillow in her room despite her calling the front desk to complain Reason was they had OJTs watch the front desk during 3 in the morning. Otherwise ok amenities for the price.

Staffs - They are polite and dressed presentably. Room - We used the deluxe room for two. The room was clean and cozy. Well ventilated and lighted. There was also a flat screen tv and free Wifi. We stayed for 12 hours and paid only Php 850. This hotel was a good choice. Two thumbs up. 👍👍

Your receptionist Fern lacks training. She argues with the customer, i.e., she says the Hotel does not issue ORs, only uppn request. When i insisted and argued, she complied . Huh? What hotel does not issue ORs? Not only that. Lack of LISTENING Skills.

the rate is affordable considering with breakfast, however , the bathroom is not so clean and the smell is unpleasant. The AC was so noisy at midnight and a lot of different sounds outside..

Ok , just go to these places to sleep one night etc so that was ok , just room had unused for a while smell about it , especially in shower room . Breakfast ok and air con ok plus bed was comfortable enough , cheers

D'Mariners Batangas. The rooms were ok (nothing to talk about), but they only supply very thin pillows. When we requested an extra pillow they wanted to charge extra. We were given breakfast but with no choices of the food or time to be served. No consideration if anyone has any allergies or if you are sleeping in. Also when requested to change a plate of food they wanted to charge extra. The bathroom door is broken and the towel rods are all rusty. The service is truly poor as they just want to charge extra for every reasonable request from the guest. The staff were helpful but the front desk receptionist needs to learn how to be more helpful and not just try to take more money from the guests.
