The only Mcdonald's place i know with the slowest service i've ever experienced. The only fast-food that takes more than 30 minutes to line. I've experienced it every time i go here and i'm sure other people have experienced it as well based on the other reviews posted here. I am hoping the store manager will do something about this since they're too lucky there is no nearby competition so the people practically have no choice. The food is great. It is Mcdonald's after all.

I ordered online around 12nn and scheduled the delivery by 2pm but its already 530pm and still not delivered 🤣 Their contact number is also useless

The store don't know how to handle the drive thru orders. Super tagal and they didn't even inform us that the products are too long to prepare and ask if we are willing to wait. We are affected by the people on the front due to poor planning.There were 4 cars in front and no option of turning back Even when taking orders, the staff can't even clearly hear you. We are waiting 30 min just to pay pa lang. Kulang sa diskarte. A very disappointing experience of drive thru. Not recommended. The management should address the issue on the schedule of their GY shift. Again, not recommended if you're in a hurry.

Thay are not good in drive thru, so.many mistake in 1 order , and we were the only customer in there 😭😭

School day so not busy in the morning! Good food. Friendly staff, also they said thank you for coming 😁

McDonald's is nice. The ongoing reconstruction puts it into a bit less comfy atmosphere but wait till it's done completely to give it a nice and comfy ambiance. However food are still very tasty!

Slow service, slow drive thru, always getting the orders wrong, sundaes are underdrawn, and a lot of items are always out of stock. Constant bad service for more than 4 years.

Busy street due to road repair. Currently on renovation so expect no air conditioning but the staff are accommodating.

Tonight's drive thru experience was really bad.. 30mins in Mcdo Drive Thru..

Fast n friendly. Fries were hot and perfectly salted. Quarter pounder bun was not standard size

During lunch today I asked the girl crew for ice but she said ice is unavailable. Maybe next time for me. Does this branch losses ice frequently?

If you are going to visit this branch in Calicanto, better bring your vaccination card (physical or photo) because they asked for it before you enter the place. And service is good as always.

A lot of Man Power but only 1 counter is open.

Sometimes foods being ordered in the morning seems like the food a day before, especially when I order it in the drive thru.
