Food:
-
The
food
to
price
ratio
is
very
bad.
When
comparing
with
other
unlimited
samgyupsal
restaurants
with
a
similar
price
range,
the
quality
of
their
meat
could
be
said
to
be
at
the
bottom.
The
meat
quality
as
well
as
the
marinate
for
their
meat
is
comparable
to
the
local
cheap
unli
samgyupsal
restaurants
that
have
a
price
range
of
Php
200
-
Php
300.
This
is
crazy
since
this
restaurant's
price
for
unlimited
samgyupsal
ranges
from
Php
400
to
Php
700+.
-
Do
not
trust
the
menu.
Many
items
are
unavailable,
and
they
do
not
even
inform
the
customer
of
that.
They
also
kept
bringing
wrong
orders.
-
The
rice
was
cold.
It
was
cold
and
moist,
which
I
think
every
Filipino
who
cooks
rice
would
know
that
it
is
"bahaw".
Not
that
I
do
not
eat
bahaw,
but
serving
stale
rice
even
at
around
2pm
in
the
afternoon
shows
that
you
do
not
provide
enough
quality
food
for
the
price
you
are
asking.
Service:
-
They
were
severely
understaffed.
I
saw
three
waitresses
plus
their
manager
at
the
start,
but
as
I
was
eating
only
1
was
left
attending
to
the
customers.
The
manager
provides
help,
but
as
Filipino's
say
"Para
syang
naglalakad
sa
buwan!".
The
manager
was
very
very
slow
and
looked
like
she
didn't
even
want
to
be
there.
As
for
the
other
two
staff,
I
don't
even
know
where
they
went.
-
Besides
being
severely
understaffed,
only
one
staff
was
actively
receiving
the
orders
whilst
trying
to
do
everything.
As
for
the
manager
and
the
other
staff,
I
believe
they
hated
their
work.
When
we
tried
calling
them
for
orders,
all
they
keep
saying
was
to
wait,
but
after
waiting
they
eventually
keep
forgetting
you
called
or
ordered.
This
happened
MULTIPLE
TIMES
until
we
finished
eating.
And
you
can
even
clearly
see
them
hating
it
every
time
they
were
called.
-They
had
buzzers
to
press
when
needing
assistance
or
calling
the
staff
for
orders.
But
I
observed
that
the
buzzers
from
whichever
table
all
produced
a
sound
at
a
single
location.
So
how
would
the
staff
know
who
rung
the
buzzer?
-
I
think
the
staff
were
not
properly
trained.
To
list;
the
staff
does
not
know
what
utensils
to
prepare,
they
do
not
inform
the
customers
of
what
was
unavailable,
and
they
KEPT
BRINGING
WRONG
ORDERS.
-The
manager
was
RUDE,
LAZY,
and
unfit
for
handling
this
kind
of
business.
-They
do
not
even
have
scissors.
EVERY
samgyupsal
restaurant
I
know,
seen,
or
went
to
has
scissors.
-
There
are
also
lots
of
unusable
grills
that
were
broken.
-
They
also
do
not
change
grills,
even
when
the
grill
is
extremely
burnt.
This
is
the
only
samgyupsal
restaurant
I
have
seen
that
does
not
offer
grill
changes.
Atmosphere:
-
Very
bad
and
uncomfortable.
With
the
rude
staff
and
manager,
how
can
it
be
comfortable?
-
What
made
it
worse
was
that
the
manager
makes
you
pay
for
mistakes
that
the
staff
made.
How
is
that
reasonable??
-
Is
it
also
reasonable
to
expect
your
customers
to
know
what
the
staff
serves
you,
when
they
do
not
even
tell
you
what
is
available
and
just
kept
bringing
food.
Note
that
since
they
did
not
say
what
is
available,
we
just
kept
saying
what
type
of
meat
to
bring.
But
they
still
managed
to
bring
us
a
different
plate
of
meat,
not
included
in
the
set
we
availed,
not
even
saying
what
it
was.
And
when
the
manager
saw
it,
she
just
kept
saying
that
they
would
change
the
set
we
would
be
paying
for
to
a
much
more
expensive
one.
What
made
it
worse
was
that,
when
we
were
trying
to
reason
with
her,
she
just
kept
saying
the
same
things
with
attitude.
-
The
manager
was
very
inflexible
and
close-minded.
-
The
restaurant
was
just
unfit
for
amiable
service.
I
would
just
like
to
add
to
this
note
that,
there
were
cockroach
like
insects
near
the
food.
Hopefully
these
insects
did
not
come
from
the
lettuces
and
food
they
served.
