Definitively an awesome restaurant! Ordered the Batangas sea food platter, on the suggestion of the server .. it was sooo good .. the sauce was delicious and ask the sea food .. clams, muscles, crab, octopus .. were really good. The special tuban was a treat

This restaurant has been a mainstay of the Batangas City dining landscape since the '70s and it's not going anywhere. Here you'll find a raft of some delicious home-cooked meals you would have had with family or during a family gathering (the fried chicken may actually be my favorite). As such, the food here is to-share and this restaurant always exists as an option when selecting venues for events or celebrations that center on family. The place looks dated, though. I would wager this restaurant has not had a major redesign since it opened in the '70s. And while an overhaul is too much, making the interior just a bit brighter using more soft, warm lighting while staying away from harsh, white lighting and a paint job using a light but elegant color will surely bring this place up to date. We did not wait long for the food since we called and ordered while still on the road.

Okay food but overpriced drinks. The atmosphere is better at night as there is music and vibrant lights

Came to the restaurant with good expectations since it was highly recommended from my friends who had first date here 10+ years ago Ambience is nice and good seats If not disturbed by the karaoke next room in restaurant, in our "room" there was a small TV showing news and a medium loud tv showing women's wolleyball The drinks arrive fast and the main course also resonably fast since they had to make 6-7 dishes - alnost served same time My sizzling beef was great The soup was good but needed some flavour. The seafood was good The chicken needed flavor (I did not get to taste the inihaw but it looked ok and was eaten up. - very bad that the sizzling sissig was burnt bad (my dinner date sadly didn't inform me) But it was coal when I tried The staff was accommodating and we'll attentive but also focused on the wolleyball Price is medium high for Batangas but same price as the most ayce reataurants in the area (all you can eat)

Has been our go-to for Sunday family lunches as we know that this is a reliable restaurant with accommodating staff. We call to order and just pick-up the food. 😊 Food is always freshly prepared. Would say one of the original establishments in Batangas City that has kept its reputation well. The ambiance of the place is not for me though. 😅 Usually an option for older folks to drink and dine.

They offers a variety of Filipino dishes one could enjoy with the whole family. If you want to experience home-cooked Filipino food, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I entered alone all sweaty because it was hot outside. Instead of greeting me, a senior staff asked me condescendingly in tagalog "what do you want?". I've never been treated so rudely like she did before. The food is good but the staff needs basic good manners lesson.

Living in a verr affordable hotel around the corner, I tried this restaurant we're I ordered food 25 minutes ago and still waiting. A typical Filipino restaurant and I am the only foreigner. The place is crowded and the interior sober but inviting. The menu card is not suited for a single traveler, and the meals to choose out rather expensive. There are only 3 meals available for 1 person, and 1 of those can't be ordered today. So 2 left. We'll I am hungry so I picked 1, a fifty fifty chance I have that I picked one that I like. There is a television playing gives the whole place a atmosphere as being in someone's living room. The thing is playing a little to loud. But I seem the only one who seems disturbed by it. 40 minutes and I am still waiting, I get the feeling that is to long. Finaly the food arrives, it is delicious. I could only wish I was with more persons so I could try the rest of the menu which is only good for more as a single traveler. All in all good to go here..

A good place to hold private soirees. They don't mind much if you have a little too much to drink as long as you don't pose any problems.

Lomi is go great..i can't hardly wait to order one more bowl again..it really tastes so delicious even my girl want to take out another order even if she's still eating...hehe

The place is just one of the nicest place in batangas that can give you a very good services and a very delicious food .

Delicious food and pretty fast service for how much they cooked for us! We really enjoyed the fried tilapia, bihon guisado, and pinakbet. The flavours were scrumptious. The atmosphere is comfortable with AC, soft booth seating, and service was friendly and attentive (our server patiently explained many of the menu items). Will come again as it’s the best food I’ve had so far in Batangas. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars only because the television playing audibly in the background was a bit annoying, and the fast-blinking xmas lights were distracting. Also the bright cool-white lighting doesn’t give a warm vibe. The atmosphere would improve if they turn the TV off and replace the lightbulbs with warm yellow bulbs- more soothing lighting.

I've been to this place ever since I was young. The staffs are super duper nice. Everyone is very attentive and friendly! ❤️ The place and atmosphere is also nice because it is air conditioned and always clean! ✔️ The food is top tier! We always order Pork Sinigang and Bagnet! Super delicious and well prepared. I can't say its pricey because the serving is always very generous! ❤️ Will always go back!!! :D
