The park has a few nicely paved and maintained walking paths through a thin layer of trees and along the water, with many spots to stop and enjoy the creek. There are multiple picnic areas that are available to be reserved for larger parties, restrooms, a large playground for children, lots of open spaces for pets and picnics, multiple tennis courts, and disabled parking and accessible entrances to the public restrooms. This is a good park that isn't too busy, at least in the fall. It's nice for a short walk if you have some time on lunch break from work, and the sights are wonderful here. Highly recommended.

Please Read Fully - The trails here are great near the main area of the park. The main part of the park is amazing. The orange and yellow are very dangerous. The orange trail starts great, but gets slowly worse. The orange trail is only maintained in lightly in sections. The yellow trail is like going through a washed out road with trees fallen and deep holes. The ground was not really great. They clearly never created water run off’s every so often. The trail gets very narrow in spots. The markers for the trails are very far apart. There is a series of grassy trail on the far western side on the orange trail that is not on the map and can make you lost. There are a ton of downed trees. The height clearance on the trail is a serious problem in sections. We take our toddler in a backpack (Osprey) and we had a ton of issues. The trails here are dangerous. I’ve attached pics. The ones with the trees are in a really good slope. It’s crazy they spent so much money here and the trails are only maintained near the main part of the park. If you get hurt and need rescue, you’ll have to wait a good while considering the conditions and lack of marking the trails. My family hike all they time and these trails are by far the worst we have come across. Please be safe.

I love this park. Quite out of the way with a nice walking trail along the river and new play equipment

Love sycamore park. The playgrounds are nice for the kids and walking trails are decent. Love the creek especially. Very pretty and not too crowded. The restrooms are nice. I’ve taken my dog on walks here. We also have Cub Scout meetings here. It’s a nice little park.

Great park! Very nice shelters, close parking to the shelters, walking paths, clean restrooms. If you go to first picnic shelter on your right as you come into the park, squirrels will come and hang out with you. Pretty cool!

Our group went here to play pickleball,2 wonderful courts. The setting is very beautiful. 4 large rentable pavilions with large grills and table. Very clean bathrooms. On the river or creek. Looks like you could launch a kayak from there. There is a walking path also thru a mostly wood environment. Lots of parking. Just a very clean and nice setting. Also kids play ground. We will be back for some reason

They are doing a little work right now but it's a really nice park. Everything is clean, even the bathrooms. They have some trails and seem to have plenty of parking, would definitely bring friends or kids and will come back again!

I was interested in walking the gravel walking path. It looped around and was next to the river or lake, tennis courts and playing area, not to mention the cars flying down the road beyond the wooded areas. I kind of wish that it was stretched out beyond all that. It only took me about ten minutes to walk the entire loop, so to get an hours worth of exercise in, I circled around six times. Many dogs there, but all owners had them on leashes. People were actually using the tennis courts, which doesn't happen often where I am from. Everything looked clean for the most part and everybody was friendly if I happened to overlap them on the path Wasn't overly crowded and parking was easy.
