I
never
leave
bad
reviews
or
any
reviews
in
general.
I
felt
that
I
needed
to
leave
this
review
because
I
have
never
been
treated
so
poorly
like
this
before
in
a
drive
thru.
My
boyfriend
and
I
ordered
a
coffee
online
and
the
lady
on
the
speaker
was
talking
very
rudely
but
confirmed
the
name
on
the
order
and
not
the
order
number.
We
get
to
the
window
to
get
our
coffees
and
she
says
nothing
then
hands
me
muffins
and
slams
the
door
shut.
Finally
she
opened
the
window
to
give
us
more
food
we
didn't
order
and
I
told
her
we
only
ordered
two
coffees.
She
proceeded
to
tell
me
I
didn't
order
that
and
kept
reading
off
the
order
that
wasn't
ours.
Finally
someone
else
realized
she
messed
up
the
order
and
she
slammed
the
door
shut
and
we
could
hear
her
yelling
that
we
were
wrong
and
talking
about
us
very
rudely.
I
am
a
very
nice
person
in
general
and
I
never
gave
any
attitude
so
there
was
no
reason
for
any
of
that.
I
called
the
manager
working
at
that
time
and
spoke
with
him
about
our
experience.
I
hope
that
she
is
talked
to
because
no
one
should
be
treated
that
poorly.
If
you
go
there
and
happen
to
have
her
serve
you
just
be
aware
that
she
is
very
mean
and
unprofessional.
