this bunnings is horrible, NO customer service, stood for 10 minutes with staff all around just sitting talking doing nothing, no one offered help or advice. i ordered a ham and cheesy toasty and ham was off! get better bunnings. never coming back

The usual Bunnings experience. However all the staff at BB Bunnings who we were privileged to encounter delivered service that was above and beyond. Made our shopping super easy and enjoyable.

I had a lovely lady name Kiara, attend to me and my friend. She was so helpful, super friendly and an amazing worker. She is very knowledgeable about where everything is in store and absolutely does her best to give good customer service. Very happy 😊

Another giant bunnings, don't you love it, huge carpark, very cold inside in winter so rug up. Wheelchair accessible parking and entry Drive thru timber

I get lost in Bunnings SO easily but all the staff there are so friendly and helpful 😂 On multiple occasions a staff member named Brad I believe it was was so helpful and friendly and made me feel like less of a numpty so thank you! And I think her name was Dearn at the registers the same day but she was so lovely 😊 I wish I could remember everyones names but thank you to all the staff for such good customer service! 😁😁

Put in a special order and was told it would be 7 working days max. Now almost 4 weeks later and item is still not here. Wish they had just been honest from the get go so I could have gone elsewhere

I was just assisted by a young man called Joel who looked no more than 16, but had knowledge of bolts & screws way beyond his years. Confirmed he was the Son of a builder. Outstanding service and polite manner 👏👏👏

They were pleasant enough. The greeter send us to the wrong aisle. Oh well. The guy that cut the keys was good. Getting in and out is not as simple as it could be because the car park is on the hill. Again oh well. Bunnings has a virtual monopoly so not a lot can be done if you are not happy. Fortunately they are pretty good! No problems returning items. Excellent

Always a great place to shop. There are so many things to see and the garden centre has such great plants and ideas for your garden. There is everything for your home, garden and all the D.I.Y projects you have in mind. Very difficult to go to Bunnings without finding something just perfect for your home.

Who doesn't love the Big Green Shed??? Shout out to Gerd, who is a Horticulturist and to the other staff. They also support breast feeding women!!!!!

A huge store with friendly, helpful staff and lots of choices

Great sized store, the carpark is a little chaotic but it wouldn't be a Bunnings if that wasn't the case. Extensive outdoor plant section and all the main items you'd expect inside.

I like Bunning in Batemans Bay! Actual helpful staff unlike the regards at other stores. Generally speaking have most stuff in stock.
