DO NOT STAY. Horrible hotel, rude front desk. We were guaranteed connecting rooms (staying with small children) and called and spoke directly to a manager multiple times before our stay to double confirm. Checked in and told they had no connecting rooms and put us in rooms that smelled like smoke. It was very difficult to get the issue resolved and some of the front desk staff were very rude and put out. We were lied to about other rooms being cleaned and prepared for us to change rooms, and put off for the entire next day. The cable was also out all day. The maintenance staff, however, were very nice and more helpful than some of the management and front desk staff, so that was a bright spot. Not worth the savings- spend the money and go anywhere else. Truly one of the most frustrating and terrible hotel experiences I have ever had.

I've stayed at a number of Holiday Inns and while this wasn't the worst one I've stayed at, it was probably a close contender. The room was rather shoddy, big crack in the ceiling, peeling wallpaper and light fixture in the bathroom seemed as though it could fall off the wall at any moment. The TV was also kind of dated. Each morning we were greeted for breakfast by being asked if we have our coupons from across the room. I've had much better breakfast options at other Holiday Inn locations, I feel like fast food would have been better. I've written on sheets of paper thicker than the bacon. I'll go out of my way not to stay at this location again until it's been updated.

From start to finish, this hotel was difficult to work with. My family stayed at this hotel for a wedding and tried to book within the wedding booking block. But because I booked an extra night early, I was unable to book within the rooming block to get the block rate. I tried to book a room with a king size bed with a pull out couch but none were available. Upon checking into the hotel, I asked if there were any rooms available with a king and a pull out couch but was told there were none available. My parents in law also stayed at this hotel. When they used the iron, the whole room lost power and the hotel could not get it back on. They got moved into a guess what? A room with a king sized bed and a pull out couch which just happened to be unoccupied. As my family unpacked our things, the drawers in the dressers were clearly unattended to because there was a combination of dust and food crumbs inside multiple drawers. The beds are an extra few inches off the ground making it difficult for our kids to climb into bed on their own. Whenever someone in our room used the shower, it produced a high pitch screeching noise. The breakfast left much to be desired at $9 a person. Like many businesses, they were understaffed. There was only one poor breakfast server trying to accommodate 70-80 people in the room. That woman deserves a raise for attentiveness, kindness, and care. On the plus side, the location is convenient to quick food options around the area. Lastly, my daughter left her electric toothbrush in the desk drawer in our room. I called multiple times asking if they had an electric toothbrush specifically in the desk drawer of our room. It took three calls for a staff to locate the toothbrush EXACTLY where I described it to be. It then took WEEKS of a family member stopping buy the hotel for the toothbrush to be located and returned to us because it was not taken to lost and found, the front desk, or wherever it was supposed to be placed after it was found. I've had problems with hotels in the past, but this might have been the most stressful stay to date.

Wow I stay at almost 100 IHG hotel a year, this hotel needs help! However they have one of the best, kindest front desk people I have ever come across, Jessica is AMAZING! She needs to teach all front desk workers what a great experience is all about, Every time I have stayed there she gives a 5 Star guest experience!!! Your hotel is VERY fortunate to have her!!!!!!

Such a quiet hotel, kind staff and the lobby area is so welcoming. The suites we reasonably priced and BIG. The bed was comfortable and I like the fact that you can have a set temp for the living area and the bedrooms separately. We watched the Ohio State Football game on the TVs in the bar area. Also The Princess For A Day Wedding Venue in the hotel had a gorgeous New Years Eve Party. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay or events.

I was booked to be at this hotel for a training that was being done there. Staff very helpful and friendly. But there was no pool, the hotel had water damage. The wall paper was peeling off. I had to ask for toilet paper for my room and go get it from the front desk. ONLY TO HAVE HOUSEKEEPING REMOVE IT WHEN I LEFT THE ROOM. They charged for breakfast it was not included. Hotel is not the best.

My sister and I stayed 1 night and it wasn't a good experience at all. Front desk staff member was very polite and quick with check on, but boy were we surprised to find our room the way it was. We traveled 3 hours to the area and stayed at the hotel. Once we settled in the room, we noticed the problems. Too tired to go back to the front desk after the long drive. We addressed the concerns at check out and was assured a manager would contact us prior to charging out the room. That didn't happen. The problems: Bathroom poorly cleaned. Shower head leaked when on, back up water in the tub, extremely POOR water pressure. Stains on carpet. Best part of the room was the bed. It was comfortable. Once my sister reached out to the manager to inquire about why she wasn't contacted prior to the charge, manager stated "no one informed him of the problem" I recall the manager name being Ben. Manager stated that all that could be done was a 10% discount/refund which was about $11. Definitely wasn't the compensation that should've been issued. I wouldn't put anyone in the room we received. Definitely won't be reserving again. I also have supportive pics and video but can't seem to add

We pulled in with our 39 foot Motor Coach and no one there was the slightest concerned. They said it was no problem at all. When I said we would be completely unloading it and putting everything into storage, they said no problem. When our room was overlooking the highway so very noisy, she moved us to the back side overlooking our coach. When we needed to leave it there an extra day to continue unloading it before we turned it in for some repairs, he said not a problem. Both the day and night desk people were so helpful and pleasant. On top of that, the room was nice and clean. I highly recommend the staff and facility

I love eating here. The chef is amazing .... Everything I order is always delicious, seasoned perfectly, and perfect temperature. A few times I've asked to speak with him and he's been so kind and has great manners. You should offer to go orders just with his food ... Even if we don't stay at the hotel, cuz his food is the best! The rooms are what you'd expect for a Holiday In but are nice. I wish you'd be able to go outside on the balcony on the 4th floor but I understand why. Also, it would've nice to have an indoor pool but the outdoor pool is super nice. The staff is very sweet and I'd definitely come back

Decent hotel, gives me an outdated vibe. Somethings looked old, especially the furniture in the rooms and my room smelled funny. I also hated the shower only has one door so the floor was getting really wet. Loved they had a pool, it's outdoor but still pretty nice. The clerk was super helpful in helping us navigate the area. Overall I would go back if I needed a hotel in the area again.

I am a loyal IHG rewards member so try to stay at IHG hotels whenever traveling. I have been to this location a few times now. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing is that they no longer have the restaurant open for breakfast during the week, only on weekends. They do allow you to order ahead off of a pretty limited menu to take back to your room, but I personally do not always know my schedule or what I will want to eat in the morning, plus I like to get out of my room. I know this is pandemic related, but it does detract from the stay.

My husband and I stayed here 9/10 for a wedding happening near by. We checked in with the front desk, went to our room to finish getting ready then left. When returning to our room someone had been in it, gone through our things, finished our drinks, and trashed the room. The person then knocked on our door and claimed that they thought it was their room so they went to the front desk to get a key, clearly no name was even asked, they just gave them a key. We went to the front desk and they were so nonchalant about it, the one employee even looking at the other saying "this isn't the first time". They offered a refund but no sympathy or apology. We will never be staying at a holiday inn or any associated hotel again. Hopefully they can figure this out so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I don't use this word often but our stay was "outstanding". Very comfortable, clean, cozy room. We had the nicest, sweetest, most professional front desk worker that took very good care of us. Her name was Shae and we would definitely stay here again. As a Delta employee who has stayed at many hotels over the last 25 years i feel eligible to judge when a hotel is a good one or not. Absolutely 5 stars 🌟 Also the female bartender / waitress was very professional and sweet and the food in the restaurant was perfect.

I just got here with my family. If I could give zero stars, I would. The room is absolutely disgusting! This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. We leave Sunday and I honestly can't wait till our stay is over. Pool is also closed. One of the reason we booked this hotel was for the pool because we have kids. This was not stated when we booked. We will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The place is difficult to find, first of all. The pool was closed. We were told the restaurant opened at 5pm. When we get to the restaurant the music is blaring and we sit down. Someone comes by and tells us all they serve is hamburgers and chicken tenders so we left. The bed was comfortable except the pillows were not completely filled and felt mushy. The walls were paper thin and at 2 am we heard the argument next door. Also the desk chair was wobbly.

Definitely older. Needs work on their rooms . Walls are in bad shape and bathroom door looks like it’s been kicked in.. I probably would not stay again. There are so many motels here. This could be an amazing place if they would just give some love to it.
