UBX is no ordinary club, it is an excellent club and I honestly look forward to going each morning before work! The team on hand are great and ensure you do the exercises correctly and keep pushing to get the best from a workout! The 12 stations are great and varied each day! The additional one on one pad work is great and I thoroughly enjoy being part of the club! 4 weeks in and I already feel stronger and fitter! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to do something that is never boring!

Great first session! The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The level was maybe a bit too advanced for me in a few areas, but staff were willing to show me a less intense version of some of the exercises.

Really enjoyed my first time here, something I am looking forward to continuing with. I've never been one for exercise, but this is a whole new way of doing it and I can't wait to see some self-progress. Coaches are absolutely top notch as well, keeping me encouraged.

Great facilities. Different workout everyday. Never have to book for classes. Turn up when ever you want. Your coach is ready when you are.

So my first time in a Gym for 45 years ! As an Oldie I thought it would be very daunting ... I couldn't have been more wrong . It was fun and Lucie so charming and helpful to this old boy at every stage/ round . Looking forward to my next visit .

Three weeks in and am loving UBX, not exercising much for some time I found it intense but absolutely feel fitter already, The UBX team are all amazing pushing and guiding me every step of the way! 😁🥊🏋🏻‍♂️

Was skeptical at first about trying this because I’m so set on my gym routine, and a friend made me try it, and it was honestly incredible. Totally changed the way I’ll workout from now. Was also very nice at how everyone in the gym made me feel so welcome

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, very supportive and knowledgeable, they will guide you through everything and they’re always on hand when you’re struggling or need that extra boost of support to keep you going! It’s definitely worth the money and I’ll 100% be staying after my 12-28 challenge is over!

👍👍 Enjoyed everything about our visit to the Centre a while ago. We swim regularly at our local pool, but wanted to experience a full 50m pool - the water was lovely, not to busy when we attended. Afterwards we had an enjoyable meal looking out over the track area outside. Highly recommended.
