I give this place one star because the Lighty advertising they have during the night time is blinding everyone as we come round the bend from Milsom Street. That shouldn’t be allowed at all specially during night time. It is very strong white light which can make you crush. Not happy about it at all.

I went there after my work at hospital to buy some items. Of course I look horrible and having a lot of bags in my arms. I wanted to buy a few items but the ladies are just looking on what I look like. Nobody asked me if anything I need or how can they help. So, I noticed that they accommodate the ladies who are dressed nicely and wearing makeup. I just browse quickly and left the store felt embarrassed to myself, thinking why do I have to buy in the store when no one assisted me. Still, I bought something in their online store. I hope the staff learn to be kind to all customers to all walks of life and not based on there appearance.

I love space nk, except the ladies at the Bath store are so rude. All other stores I’ve visited A+ and online customer care is amazing. The ladies at the Bath store are so rude, they hide samples and are reluctant to give them out, even though they’re for customers lol. They’re hardly any testers available to try in store too, even though they have loads of the product to sell.. duly they can open on for us to try?? Once I asked for three samples instead of two, the assistant told me straight only two I’m afraid! I just spent £100 plus of two products! Shop online guys

I booked in for a makeup refresher lesson as I’ve been doing my makeup the same for years. Connor was very kind and patient with me. I found all of the products that I wanted and despite the foundation not being in stock Connor ordered this for me to be delivered next day to my home at no postage charge. Yes this shop is more expensive than online businesses but what you pay for is staff knowledge and customer care. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend this store to others.

Staff are lovely but the a lot of perfume testers are empty and have been for a few weeks, so can’t always spray what we want to E.g Diptyque and byredo perfumes

I went in on Saturday, the shop wasn’t busy, maybe 4-5 people max. I walked in, with a pushchair and baby in my arms and was left struggling with the door, baby and pushchair. I was looking around to find someone to help me with some makeup choices and waited for 15 minutes till i realised I wasn’t going to get any and left. I’ve never had an experience like this here, but it’s put me off going back. I’ll get better service shopping online.

I visited Bath Space NK this afternoon and was served by a lovely young lady, however on taking my purchases to the counter it came up on the till nearly double the price! I commented on this as the advertising of price with product was completely mis leading, please change it!!!!!

Very cramped little Space NK that does not have much selection. A blonde shop attendant walked over to me and stood a few feet away while I was browsing, and just blatantly stared at me. Shockingly rude behaviour. She couldn't be bothered to even pretend to be providing me with "customer service" by asking if I needed any help. It's rather disappointing to be treated like a criminal simply for being immunocompromised and needing to wear a mask. I can only assume this is why I was treated this way as there was nothing out of the ordinary about my appearance or behaviour otherwise. Long COVID is a very real threat for people like me; stop being ableist.
