Fantastic food, great ambience and awesome service. We went on a Sunday late afternoon and had such a great time that we would certainly be back soon. The food was tasty and well prepared and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The venue has a really great atmosphere and rich history with some great menu choices.

We had a really good experience here. The place is really well made with an amazing ambiance. I think I can call this place for everyone. This place certainly has everything for all ages. The cocktails were decent and prices were reasonable. The only thing I felt was they could've cleaned the rooftop area more frequently. Overall highly recommended

Very good Sunday roast. Wish they can sell or upsize the beef cuts for higher price. Beef is juicy and tender, the restaurant looks beautiful. Coming from Asia, that is the first time I tried Yorkshire pudding. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience here. ( the staff is not very interested in collecting money!😂)

Wonderful festive pub in the heart of Bath. The festive cocktails and food was superb. A great dog friendly place to recharge.

Very yummy and fulfilling Sunday roasts - specifically for the beef! Even the fish and chips boasts a slight twist and speciality. Brilliant all rounded bar for drinks and dining! Lovely staff and ambiance!

We ordered Sunday Roast for 4 last weekend. While eating a pub staff approached the table and put the sign for reservation. I was surprised as the pub looked short staffed, we did not mind making self-order but the staff only approached to warn us for the next reservation. No eye contact, not a nice conversation. Guys, this is an impolite way of warning. You could have just come closer talk to us so we would have left on time. We are human beings and deserve attention and kindness!

Great pub tucked away which has a spacious ground floor seating area which is quirky, plush and full of ambience where you can enjoy a drink in a very relaxed atmosphere. Upstairs is the restaurant and whilst the menu is simple, the food was very pleasant and tasty. Salmon and sea bream were really good. Service was really good as well and staff were attentive. On a summers day they have a terrace open for drinks and whilst the views are just of roof tops it's a great vibe Ans certainly worth a visit.

The friend l was with fell over. They let us in early, and we're so kind. Given my friend a blanket, a drink, and were so kind, I would like to say a big thank you for being such a lovely, caring place. Thank you so much. l will never forget your kindness ✨️

The sticky toffee pudding is just devine! And they do really good black coffee too. Vegan Sunday roast was nice but Yorkshire pudding tasted burnt. But it's a lovely place and I love the atmosphere

Pretty good; very nice exterior & interior, good food, nice staff. Will definitely consider coming back and probably will, especially if going to the theatre again. Just a couple of minor negatives - dog downstairs barking intermittently all the time we were there I think, and being charged full price for my burger despite what the sign outside and my server said.

Nice restaurant with average food and low level of service. We wait more than an hour to get our orders. We got rare chicken. They had reasond for sure, a group hold some baby waiting party. I think they had no enough headcount to manage.

We were visiting Bath from Bristol and Hall & Woodhouse was part of our “to go places”. We got a coffee and went straight to the roof terrance. The overall ambiance of the place was nice and had a warm feeling. It was extremely busy with so many different floors. People seemed to really enjoyed their meals too! Our coffee was great. A must visit while in Bath.

Fabulous to sit in the sunshine on the roof garden and enjoy a glass of wine. Then pop downstairs for a lovely meal to end a day of sightseeing. Lovely helpful staff and fab food.

The food was absolutely divine. It came promptly and tasted very fresh. The atmosphere was so lovely & the staff were all very friendly. In particular, Amelia (our waitress) who was so attentive & extraordinarily welcoming. I would really recommend this incredible place to anybody!

I have only rated atmosphere as my group didn't have any food and I never personally went to the bar. However, the atmosphere of the bar is wonderful. My group were in the nook by the entrance and it was fantastic. We could hear the laughter from other patrons etc and everyone was enjoying themselves. It is very clean in the bar itself and the decor is lovely. Well worth a visit

The restaurant was impressive from decor & layout vibe. Somehow the food didn't match our initial ex pectations. We had the Sunday lunch something which they must anticipate as a weekly event ..but it took quite a while for our food to come even though the restaurant seemed fairly quiet when we first arrived. We also had starters, everything was just OK, nothing special. We enjoyed our coffee on the roof top terrace in the Bath sunshine and I think I would return but for drinks only.

Really great place for food and socials. We were really well looked after by the staff, very quick and attentive service. Food was delicious. We had the burgers, steak and duck leg. All were delicious- the fries were lush, steak was cooked very well and so was the burger. Duck was lovely but it missed having the skin a bit more crispy. Very impressed to see how dog friendly it is- we were given a bowl with water and a small plate with dog bones on it - fantastic addition! The place it self looks amazing! With the big staircase and a very open restaurant. Definitely recommend here and the prices are really great.

What can I say but A HUGE Thank you for making my daughters birthday special. The staff exceptionally brilliant. Our host was a chap with curly hair. What a credit he is. Definitely go again. Food stunning. Didn't wait long at all. The place is like a millionaire restaurant. Stunning. Roof top view.( maybe next time). You made our holiday special xx

Fantastic late lunch and drinks, Gil was the perfect host, would thoroughly recommend for a full meal, bar snacks or just drinks, 3 floors, all different, make sure you check them out before deciding where to sit as all offer something different

Nice decoration, spacious pub. Not a lot of choices for food (might be because it’s a Sunday night) but the foods we ordered are great. Friendly service, enjoy the time there.

After being to Bath a number of times it I always good to find a new place which is excellent. And this place is. We had been in Bath all weekend and this was tne last stop before we all went home. Great Sunday lunch to end the weekend. Unlimited yourkshire and gravy option which was taken up. Ellie our waitress was great. Good food and a good real ale selection from Badger.
