Has to be the best Jamaican food I had in a long time, we tried three main course dishes all were fabulous the best among them was goat curry with rice the next best dish being Brown chicken. This place is high in demand expect waiting time during lunchtime would advise prior reservation or expect a long meeting time. Let’s get done with what not to do - don’t try pineapple pudding in desert section.

A top quality branch for the chain of restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our bottomless brunch. This is a busy branch so turn over of drinks is rather slow, however definitely not a negative point.

I popped in Thursday eve of half term and was not disappointed. We ordered a rum sharer which was something a bit different for us but really tasty! Followed by a rum cocktail which was also great. Both were good value too with the sharer at £16 and the cocktails on the 2-4-1 offer. Friendly atmosphere and great decor- we only had drinks on this occasion but will definitely return for food. The menu looked great and everything passed us looked good and smelt amazing!

Loved it here. We booked a table - we didn’t wait long for our table to be ready. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was delicious and the drinks were good. Price is reasonable and location is easy to get to. I would recommend visiting turtle bay. Thanks for a great birthday evening 🎂

Me and my partner did bottomless brunch Beth and Flávio was amazing and always kept us topped up on drinks. Food was lovely.

Excellent food, mine was the brown chicken curry with rice n peas. Fantastic cocktails and as it was happy hour I got two for one. I followed this with a delicious caramel cheesecake and coffee. My server Meg made this solo diner very welcome and was helpful without being intrusive. Top marks for customer service! I would recommend Turtle Bay to anyone who likes a taste of the Caribbean.

Had a few birthday drinks and cocktails here at turtle bay bath and the drinks were wonderful. My partner had the Jamrock Punch and I had a lovely pale ale. Served by Matthis who was attentive, bubbly and a great professional. Thank you team. Will be back soon.

Joe and molly were amazing at service but the manager Meg was particularly attentive and made an effort to make sure we always had a drink, she was very lovely and a had laugh with us as she has everytime i’ve been here ♥️

Food and dessert was really good, Matthis our waiter was very attentive! The rice to curry ratio was a bit off, there should have been more rice and less curry but it was nice regardless, luckily we ordered mac n cheese that complimented it quite well. The strawberry daiquiri was nice but overly sweet, the reggie rum punch was perfect. The salted caramel brownie was delicious with the coconut icecream.

My partner and I had THEEE loveliest evening. We both did the bottomless brunch, Meg was super welcoming, attentive and just lush! We usually head to our ‘local’ Turtle bay in Bristol but honestly we would come back to bath JUST for the service we received. Mega should out to Meg! Food was great, cocktails were sooo GOOD! We’ll be back.

Good place to eat! Joe, our server was very nice but spent a little too long talking to the pretty girls that walked in. We had to go hunt him down to pay our bill. Overall, the food is delicious with vegan options, the atmosphere is very Caribbean, and the drinks were delicious! Good place to get a good, hot, and spicy meal! Thank you, Turtle Bay!

Wow - great food, great service - from sitting down to ordering and getting our yummy food and drinks was about 15 mins - super speedy - this was peak time on a Saturday (day be new year's eve) with a packed restaurant. The waiter was attentive and very friendly, all staff were cheerful, friendly. The food - was hot - well cooked and tasty - lots of choices, lots of drink choices. The place was very busy - the only thing was the music was a little too loud and over powering making conversation a little hard at time. All round, good food, good service - happy to return!

Not really that fussed on the food, was not like the jerk taste I've had before, decent chips though, nice soft drinks served out of a glass bottle, service was very good and not a bad price either. Men's toilet was clean and nice smelling

Attended here on a Wednesday. I did book, although no need, as there were only 3 tables in use. Unfortunately we were shown to a table in the canteen style area of the restaurant, rather than one of the free tables looking out onto the square and river. Not sure why of it is that quiet that you decide to sit a couple right next to a noisy drunk table of 3. The food was good, as it usually is from this chain, however the Mac 'n' cheese which is meant to be a signature dish was almost inedible. Overcooked, not cheesy, not creamy, and the spice was a few red chillies on top. I've had better microwave Mac 'n' cheese from supermarkets. They big it up on their website and menu, it left a lot to be desired. The starters and mains were tasty, good portion sized and well presented. I have had much better experiences at Turtle Bay, hopefully this was a one of

This place is up a side street so a bit off the main eating areas. We ate there one night and food was great. Service was friendly and helpful. Greeted by a chap who introduced us to our waiter. All very organised. Food was lovely. Atmosphere could have been a bit better but that was probably down to it being a week day night and place was half empty. When we came back another evening for cocktails it was empty. 2 for 1 cocktails after 9.30 weekdays made this a great place. Specially as they had a huge selection of rum and rum based drinks.

Love it here, cocktails are amazing and staff are always attentive. Great vegan options and everything is clearly marked for known allergies

Food was really good, had the goat curry, mac and cheese bites, jerk chicken wings, and the banoffee cheesecake. Our server Ben was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Bath!

Had the most brilliant bottomless brunch here served by the energetic anissa. She was so bubbly and welcoming and made sure we had a blast to celebrate end of exams. The drinks menu was extensive, and were provided quickly alongside the most delicious and flavourful food. Would highly come here again for the food, drinks, and the service.
