when are u opening again?

Took my daughter to have her ears pierced for the first time today. What a wonderful experience and can't fault them. Highly recommended for any nervous children

Most of the time I really enjoy the products of this store and have got my ears pierced here twice but today I had a horrible experience me and my friend's went in today and were browsing then this staff member asked if I we needed help which was fine but then proceeded to watch us and ask if we new where this missing ring had gone she then asked to see are pockets we emptied are pockets which wasted a lot of time and made us feel very uncomfortable and then didn't she even apologise for this inconvenience which I find extremely rude as we are paying costumers and I come in here often this is not ok and I am very disappointed.

Katie Moon pierced my daughter's ears - she was not only professional but kind and friendly, putting my teenager completely at ease. In the past I’ve never experienced great customer service at accessorize in general. This evening I went into the bath store and was so impressed with the customer service. The lady working there was so sweet and thoughtful - thanks for a delightful shopping experience!

What in there to get my ears pieces, there was a bit of a wait, spoke to one of the women in there found her a bit rude off putting maybe she was having a bad day

Got my ears pierced by Esme and she took so much care in making sure the jewellery would be put in properly and in line with one another. She was really lovely and did a great job.

Did my third piercings with Megan. Super professional and extremely friendly. She made sure that it had a perfect position on my ear and gave me excellent tips for after care. Really recommended

I just popped into the Bath branch to look at bags and bought lots of hair stuff, earrings and of course a cross body bag. The sales lady was so helpful and helped me with a 3 for 2 offer as well as packing my bag for me. They have amazing designed accessories and a beautiful shop.
