Personally it's about the location wich puts me off if it was on the outside of the centre it would be easier to get to by car if I was doing a proper shop there but I just use it if feeling hungry or thirsty and passing by it is good and well stocked shop with a good range of products so you will likely get what your after but for me I'm hardly ever at that end of bath so very rare for me to go in there

If I could give this supermarket zero stars I would. Itโ€™s regularly out of stock of the most basic items, its checkouts rarely all work and itโ€™s hugely expensive. It was 27 degrees today and there was no fresh fish or chicken - typical!

What a pleasant place to buy food. Such a spacious store with a good selection of items and homewares. The prices are a bit steep but the quality of most of the items helps offset this. Parking is cramped and dark but the rest of the experience here is very good. Well done

Very poor customer service. It's not exist there. I faced two times issue during my customer experience path. First time it was at Jubilee dates, when the shop closed earlier, than supposed, and the manager hurry upped all customers to leave the shop, as far as possible by standing near me and look at me with angry feelings that I detain them to go to home, finally from their work. I felt as I am at prison with strict rules there๐Ÿคฃ Secondly, I faced experience that I am unfortunately or fortunately ๐Ÿ˜œ doesn't look like 25+old (am 31). The-very-not-welcoming-cashier asked me to show my ID. I showed it from my phone' photo where is exactly my face and date of my birth as well as Student ID 19+. It didn't work. I tried to go to another cashier, the cashier #2 said me with happy face, mirroring her happy that she finally have break "It's closed here!))๐Ÿ˜ After manager came, and didn't decide my problem by responding with high voice to me and causing me not convenient conditions by moving to another cashier, despite it was my turn in line, I asked to complain to the Head Manager. And,,,, guess??? My problem wasn't solve and I have very bad customer experience there as I feel nobody care.... But, one day I meet a girl and boy from cashier who truly wanted to help me. And, I suppose, this kind of people leave this please, because they are not motived in this environment. Pity, pity, pity.... The worst Service I have had!

Good prices and friendly staff. Alfie and Alison went out of their way to help us. I couldn't have asked nicer people for assistance.

Canโ€™t enjoy going shopping without being followed constantly by a security guard which put me off. It was 08:30am on Wednesday 30th of August. I was in business attire yet for some reason he followed me whilst I browsed and picked things up until I got to the self serve. As a woman this was so uncomfortable please have a word. I enjoy shopping here but now I might go elsewhere, couldnโ€™t shop comfortably!

Clean and well stocked. Self scan checkouts work well and is highly recommended to avoid the queues at busy times. Prices were always higher than other supermarkets, but now getting to the eye watering stage. Still, the perception is that quality of food is high.

Disappointing offering from the bakery of late. Have tried going into store different times on multiple days and cannot seem to get the product. Staff either don't seem to know what's happening with the bakery, why their is such a small quantity of this item made, or where the bakers are at the busiest time of year apparently.

Good quality produce and groceries. Reasonable prices. Online ordering and delivering is a huge plus. Would like to see more items in home goods made in Britain though.

I usually shop at Marks and Spencer's when I'm in the UK, but after visiting a local museum, I happened to be nearby, so decided to pop in! There's no cost of living crisis here as the shop was packed! I was slightly nervous with higher costs, but it wasn't too bad. In fact, since it was a Saturday afternoon, some of the prices were reduced and my shopping ended up being quite the bargain! Waitrose in Bath was very nice, and the staff were super nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely female staff member cheered up my crying 2.5 year old today (too short to go on the carousel led to many tears!). Wish we'd got her name. Your kindness was much appreciated. She's a credit to you.

My mum and I popped in quite urgently after visiting the Christmas markets. We needed to use the loo but everything was closed, and with my mum being in a wheelchair, it made things even more tricky. The staff were so incredibly helpful, and even though it took a little time to locate who would unlock the loos for us, the kind lady on the checkouts was trying her absolute best to help us and keep us updated, whilst still looking after the self checkouts. We were then looked after by a lovely young man who escorted us up to the loos personally. I was so unbelievably grateful for the customer service we received as they could have easily just turned us away saying they were closed. I feel dreadful that I didnโ€™t catch their names, but if they read this Iโ€™m sure theyโ€™ll remember mum and I. Your hospitality meant the world to us that evening, thanks again.

As a tourist, Waitrose in Bath has been excellent for all items we needed during our stay in bath, extensive range, great produce and a large selection of alcoholic goods!

My visit was great, and if you like liver pate, the goose pate was the best I've ever had. I believe I can not find this one in USA.

Sadly 3 times out of 5 of visiting the Bath podium store, the cheese counter is closed. I suppose it's due to staff shortages. Just very frustrating that the cheeses I want are not pre packed and priced.

Particularly rude and helpful gentleman on self check out. Has a power trip with the bags. Rude to my wife and two daughters. Very unpleasant.

I couldn't find items I needed. Staff was very helpful, though it took time to find an assistant. Section with kitchen utensils is very useful.

It's one of the best Waitroses I've been into. They also have a home section. The parking next door is also very handy, even if the turns are a bit tight.

A good selection of produce and sundry items. Plenty of space in-store and very clean and tidy. Some products are a bit expensive, hence 4 stars, not 5

Lost a lot of treats, like the coffee bar at the entrance and the cupcakes. Some old favourites still for sale like Angel Delight and 9 bar 2 finger kit kat. Not many staff on fresh food counters.

๐Ÿ˜  Now so many Marks and Spencer have closed down it is a real treat to find one. I head straight for the cafe to have one of their delicious scones with a good cup of tea. What a disappointment I had here in Bath. The worst cafe I have been in. No scones so just had a cup of tea. I went to find a tabl...
