My first visit at this salon, a wonderful experience. I trusted Sandeep with everything he recommended and the service is amazing. I am beyond happy with the outcome. Apart from that, everyone else is very friendly and polite and very true to delivering exceptional customer service.

I loved the services there at Lakme,Mall road. The staff is very proficient and good. Neelam did my waxing, almost painless and super fast. Got my facial from Gagan. Again, very proficient. She was so good that I slept in the middle of the massage. One thing I appreciated the most is no one kinda forced to get any particular product or services from them. They just suggested and I could choose from the options. Overall I had a very pleasant experience, would certainly go back there.

I visisted this Saloon with my family. We had amazing experience. My 3 year old kid had fun while having haircut. Nice place, great service. Would love to come back.

I did not like hairstyle The stylist had made messy bun Initially it was fine but it was not at all properly secured with pins With time the whole bun had opened up and it looked really bad. Less amount of bobby pins were put in and i had to face problems with it during the wedding. Makeup was fine. My lipstick too had faded within 2-3 hours only.

I went there twice, first for engagement makeup, first of all the artist had no idea how to style hair, atlast he gave me a very basic hairstyle, my hair looked like the way they usually do, nothin new, no accessories, no style at all. And then just after 1 hour of getting ready my makeup started melting on my face, and there were patches all over. My face looked really bad on my engagement day. They spoilt it for me. When I went there the second time for haircut their staff was very rude to me whole the time, the hairstylist seemed in the very bad mood and was combing my hair in a very hurtful way, then he hardly spent 1 minute in giving a haircut. Very bad experience overall.

Had a great experience with mall road branch ..Employee neelam and babbu did my pedicure and menicure and did amazing job + manager preetpal is also helpful and soft spoken..must recommended..😊😊
