Nice experience, my students organised farewell party here. Space is good. Location of hotel is at good place. Near by tourist can visit rose garden, lakes, varindavan nursery mittal mall etc.

Nothing was ever too much for ask for, and questions were always answered super fast. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, or a better venue. It really did exceed all exceptions of how the venue looked on the day, and how the day came together. Thank you to you and your team for the most perfect day.

Must say the food preparation is too good here. Highly recommended for family functions and parties.

It starts from entering the hotel. Its raining cats and mouse and the guards and people stood like a statue instead of helping us to get in with the luggae or greet us at the hotel gate. We ignored it but then the sockets in teh room are faulty and loose no electrical equipment was properly switching on. We were in room no 310. We have to adjust every time. The kettle kept in the room had filth and dirct and was not cleaned. It was to be chnaged which took another 30 minutes. Then when we ordered food we were committed customised veg platter but it came with all those items which we especially asked not to be there i.e. mushroom and soya chop. When informed they said its our standard we cannot help it. Then why you committed when we were ordering. Then we had to take hot bath there was hot water running in taps. They said you are strange that you take hot water bath in rainy season. they instead of realising there deficiency they were questioning our willing ness. THen again they said that we will provide the hot water in bucket but they failed and atlast standard reply we do not provide hot water. Incomplete toiletries-no comb, low quality shaving kit, No shoe shine, no iron in room or iron board. All in all a useless hotel. Do not waste money arranging for your guests and function here. The guest may not tell you the deficiencies and negatives but definitely will take a negative opinion.

Good place to have ceremonies lik marriage with small gatherings, engagement, bday parties, anniversary etc... Food tastes good and they can arrange in very less time

The walls in the room were really thin, however the breakfast buffet was good. They have decent amount of parking space. Good place for a journey halt.

It is overall good budget hotel in Bathinda. I had experience of staying here twice. The ambience and the room amenities are good in its range but there was some service issue 2nd time. The staff had not prepared the bathroom well since there was no shower gel in 2 of the rooms we stayed and another doesn't had handwashing gel either. The food quality is also good. Staff is also cooperative.

It is an awesome place for marriage parties. It has been well maintained & decorated. Hospitality and management are very good. Food, servants, manager etc. everything is managed. Food is also tasty. This Hotel is highly recommended for parties or small marriage's function. Air conditioning was effective and the decoration also good. Music system is available here for the dance & also available the led screen. Vehicle parking is available outside here.

Owner Mr. Sameer took the money 30k and didn't give us the booking voucher. Please refrain from booking this hotel.

Been there on multiple functions. Great for small functions. Their in house resturant has great vegetarian food with a huge menu, staff is nice. The place can be a bjt crowded with multiple functions happening at same time though.
