Normally Patients need to be discharged in the morning at 8:00 but in actual practice the patient will discharge at 9:00 at night. Discharge Smoothness Rating 0/10 Staff are co-operative and Supportive Transperancy and professionalism Rating 3/10

Very uncooperative hospital staff. They will not respond properly on phone. Most of the time they don't pick-up calls. Doctors and staffs behave like they are doing a charity. It's better to get tratment in the nearby Civil Hospital instead of them.

As my Sister Ramandeep mentioned above that our father’s death is a tragic loss of our lives. The hospital did not treat my father on time and their negligence took our father away from us. My father and mother reached hospital in between 3-4pm and there was no doctor came to see my father. My father suffered a lot that evening and whole night. They did CT scan Next night almost 30 hours after admission. First, JR medicine ward said its a small incision and at 11:00pm they said deposit 1 Lakh rupees for surgery. Even they did not explain that how big surgery is this and its complication. After, they put my father on ventilator and his blood pressure dropped dangerously and heart beat increased. They did not call my mother to told her about my father’s health, even every time my mother went there by her own to talk to doctors. After three days they sent my father home with no hope and he expired on the way to home🥺and they did not told us what is reason of my father’s death. Its all about Money not a health care😡

Although i have a long list to share the negligence of their bloody super speciality staff and doctors but in small words i would say that the doctors and staff of this hospital are too uncooperative, rude, irresponsible and disrespectful. I lost my father, the biggest asset of my life, just because of their lust to make money, irresponsibility and stupidity. Unfortunately my father had kidney disease and because my father was having treatment from them from last six months. we went there, my father was feeling extremely much pain one day. they didn't check my father on time. they did his CT scan after a one and half day later and it was too late. If they did it earlier, may be my father would be with me today. They give him anaesthesia after a really very short time after his dialysis and his blood pressure got dropped. They did his surgery at last moment just for their own sake even they know it very well he was very weak still they did his surgery and put him on ventilator. It is clear if they don't know how to talk or respect the patient and his family then how we gonna expect my father's wellbeing from them. We are from a middle class family and didn't know the tricks and greed of these clever people. However, we paid their cleverness by the death of my innocent father. I would never never recommend this weird hospital even to my enemy. NEVER👎

Max hospital in Bathinda is one of the best hospitals in a 200 km radius. Various types of specialist doctors are available who do their jobs in a very good manner. The staff is very good and respectful. I visited i the max hospital in the OPD department with my mother. The doctor recommended that we checkup with the heart tests. So they provided us with the heart package at a very cheap price (750 rupees) only. If we take this package from outside, it will cost us 4000-5000 rupees. I think this is good for all types of departments.

Good hospital in Bathinda to treat all diseases. Well maintained and clean too. Parking space available inside the hospital.

Visa medical services not good schedule not according as appointment, worst service

Very very bad experience with max hospital Bathinda. We went for immigration full medical and they didn’t do chest xray of us. After seven eight days they call us and tell us about chest xray. They even charged full amount of money from us for full medical on first day when we visit there but they didn’t do any chest xray. Very bad not even picking calls not booking appointments on time staff very rude.Overall bad experience. Because of staff’s mistake we didn’t get visa yet. Staff need more training.

This hospital may have decent doctors but the sub staff here is pathetic no proper care of the patient in regular ward or in personal ward. Moreover in hygienic clothes and blankets provided to my father. And the charges they take from you are sky high. When a doctor prescribed immediate injection to my father at 1:00 pm because he was in pain their staff gave that injection to him at 6:00 pm, this is just one incident and many more such were followed. Didn’t expected such negligence from such a big hospital. Please take care of your family guys and stay away from such negligent hospitals

Very poor services , no chairs outside radiology department. @max feel free to contact me. If you have doubt over my opinion. I have came here for my mother's surgery, better to go for other government hospitals instead of MAX. Totally waste of time and money here as per the services provided by them are poorer than government hospitals. Radiologist not arriving on time, their computer system is not accepting requests bla bla, excuses by them for their poor services.

Excellent service and patient care by nursing staff and doctor. I was taken care of by plastic surgeon Dr. Raman. He has vast experience on surgery and is very good doctor. Nursing staff in ward and very generous qualified supportive and of kind nature. Ultimate experience. I urge the hospital administration to maintain this standard in future too.

Terrible patient care service for the medicals. You just not pay the high price to get your med exam but it comes with an insult of the patients and having them degraded. Yelling at patients with the words - you dont have a common sense is a norm there. Never ever to recommend this hospital to a foreigner Should have given them a negative if I could. IRCC should take them off from their website. Next complaint goes to them Staff got 0 manners and not humans for sure.

I have been really disappointed since i started visiting here for treatment But I think max doesn't value patient's time. Treatment usually takes 15 to 20 minutes. But insted of that, it takes up to 3 hours of waiting time because Doctor is busy on phone calls or doing some personal work. If every patient has to wait for 3-4 hours, then there's not much difference between max & government hospitals.

This is a good place for Heart Patients and also for fever illness patients. I got treatment of fever of my wife and now I am also getting heart attack treatment for one year.

I went there for my Immigration Medical Exam and I was amazed by the facilities and the way they work. Only thing I didn’t like was the Doctor who does the Vision Check. What a shameless harassment he is. He doesn’t have any sense of behaving with customers/patients, doesn’t have any respect for anyone. There were so many others complaining the same. This is the only reason I’m giving 4 star otherwise everything was top notch. Please do something about it and advise the doctor to have some sense while working.

This review is for your lab which is processing centre of Max lab collection centres in Bathinda. Worst service. You delay report indefinitely. My sample couldn't be processed here even after 3 days against the promised time of 2 hrs. Not expected from such a reputed lab. Customer service is useless. Never go for Max Lab if you want report timely and accurate.

I wish I could give below 0. I was calling for immigration medical services and no buddy answered my call. I called them more than 50 times, NO response even when my call was coming first in line then automatically hang up. Guys don’t waste your energy here calling again and again just go to Ludhiana.

Max Bathinda is one of the finest hospitals in Punjab. I particularly want to mention the name of Buneet Jain Ji who is a very nice and professional person working in the ECHS department. It was so good seeing him taking care of all the needs and problems of the patients. I live in USA and was surprised to see the prompt response and quick quality service available at Max comparable to the medical facilities in the USA. Keep up the good work guys

Very good staff, nurses, doctors, are very helpful and always ready for help. But I felt like TPA department members are not attentive and take seriously about patients situation and their submission of forms. But still I can say other than a TPA, everything is good.

1)Lunch time of radiology more than 1 hours 2) Drinking water available but disposal not and glass not available to drink water. 3)Toilet not cleaned very difficult to use. 4) ultrasound start after when doctor left OPD who sent for Ultrasound due to this again we constrained to attend the hospital next day 5)House keeping is not good

Today I came with my friend to get ultrasound at Max hospital. I had called earlier to ask about the appointment for her and was told that we should here at 12:30. We arrived at 12 and have been waiting since then to get our number. People who came after us were sent in within 2-3 minutes while we were told that they would "try to get us in when there is an open machine". Why would you take an appointment if you do not wish to go according to it? It has been around 2 hours of us being here and the hall is practically empty that you called us in. It would have been better if you could just tell us if you are not able to accommodate us rather than leaving us hanging, waiting for our turn and letting anyone coming after go before us. Very disappointing experience. Also you are a multi specialist hospital, and you don't even accept UPI payments. Kindly work better on the payment system too.

Hello everyone. My name is Raveena Sharma. I am from bathinda. I have done my lasik operation from max hospital special thanks to dr kashish gupta. Before my lasik surgery, I faced numerous problems such as headache eyes irritation and so on. I am totally fed up because when I wear spex all the time it looks awkward, so that time my husband recommended me to go with lasik surgery. Last but not least, it was my best experience thanks to dr kashish gupta and only 3star beoz of staff otherwise all good.

No shed for car in summer. If i have to be admitted for 3 days and come on car my car will be like burn in direct heat. These days they are having paid parking... Income also from parking. Some doctorr are good, some are realy kachra. Jaise seat fill karne ko rakha ho.... To meet ortho doctor u have to make tapsya for whole day. And he has no more time is u have different problem

I must say Doctor is good , but very bad service by staff members with whom I am contacting since day one don't want to name the person but they have not given me my refund of Rs. 4,424.....I believe hospital have never listened about "Digital India". They are forcing me to visit the hospital where it is not possible because I live outside bhantida and it does not seem feasible to me to get my 4424 rs. by having cost of rs. 3000 through the visit . Let the money be with you if it gives you the satisfaction. Caution: visit at your own risk

I got my cataract operate done for both eyes from Dr. Koshish. I am very satisfied with the services and behaviour. I am also happy with khushi mam and happy sir. They guided us at each step and took care of everything.
