Centennial Park Bathurst

Tourist attraction Park

👍 This gem of open space in Bathurst provides opportunities for locals to gather, play ball games and walk dogs. Only four stars because the council really needs to put some work into the maintenance. Still an oasis amongst an increasingly crowed inner area of Bathurst. People often mention park,

Such a lovely park. Magpies aren't swoopers, which is lovely too.

Despite the name, there's not a lot that is memorable at this park. There are public restrooms and play equipment on the Seymour Street side of the park. Relatively few trees - the park is mostly just a grassed area. Still, it's a pleasant enough spot to walk your dog or rest a few minutes.

Quite a large park close to the town centre. Two cricket pitches, play equipment area, a well maintained toilet block and plenty of clear grass areas for leisure activities.

Great playground although shade would be good. Plenty of room for games and running about but remember to take your rubbish with you as I didn't see a bin anywhere

Large open space, playground, toilets. What more do you want in a park?

Council has put a lot of good work into this park, there were a few idea a little while back and the community said more trees, lights and pathways. It's a great place for dog walking. Has toilets, a bus stop and small playground.

It's definitely not the worst park in Bathurst. But it's definitely not the best either. It seems very sketchy, walking past a night

Very dry, no toilet that I could see, and not even the little playground was fenced. Oh, only one bin!
