Fabulous ice cream and lovely little farm, but genuinely the rudest staff I've ever experienced. We went on a really warm day so naturally it was very busy, I can imagine it's stressful for the staff but the customers that I saw were being very patient and polite. The same could not be said for one particular member of staff who was beyond rude. She was visibly making customers feel uncomfortable. It's a shame because it's a lovely place but it would put me off returning again.

Want to pamper your taste buds? This is the right place. Huge range of ice cream for all ages and tastes, including non dairy options as well. There is a children’s playground on the farm and you can also see a variety of farm animals

Always a queue for ice cream but well worth the wait. There are lot's of different flavours available and some you may not even think of but there all delicious. The little farm is for the children. The llamas are very friendly but there are also donkeys, cows, ducks and a goat. Their is also a small play area and a small area to sit if the weather is good. Down side car parking a bit tight but there is another small car park up the drive.

A basic experience. The ice-cream is ok and the penned animals are getting on with life but don't look terribly happy. Cows who should be the star of the show are kept in unsanitary conditions but look well fed.

Delicious ice-cream! Got extra tubs!! We all love chocolate! Lovely pleasant-mannered lady at counter served quickly and with a smile despite it being really busy!

The ice cream is always top notch! The staff are lovely. There is always a slight cow dung smell and flies but it’s a working farm so it is to be expected, they do have a fly curtain up to stop them coming inside. Be prepared to queue even on rainy days, especially in the school hols but it is worth the wait. There is a nice little play area and a few animals for the children. Wasps are a little pesky in the summer but again to be expected. Cracking views!

Delicious ice-cream made onsite. Big tubs to take home. Great choice of flavours. Small cafe area. Sunny days expect a big que as popular with locals and those who travel to get there. Few animals to look at.

Lovely ice cream as always. Got told not to eat sandwiches which I do understand but it was 11.45 and I wanted the kids to eat before their ice cream. Obviously wouldn't have done this if they actually sold food. We did then go on to spend £15 on ice cream.

Lovely ice cream, lovely place 🍧🍨but looking tired! Great choice of ice-cream tastes really good, and helpful staff. Amongst our group we tried strawberry, bubble gum, mint choc chips, tooth fruit, double cream ,and peach sorbet all were delicious . It may be because they have had a busy summer but looking a little worn. The animal enclosures could also do with a freshen up. There is a children's play area based on farming vehicles if say for 2 to 8 year olds. There is a toilet and disabled toilet available again needs freshening up. We will return as it's a great local family run attraction but I do hope they invest a little time and money to keep people returning.

Went for ice creams with our nearly 3 year old granddaughter & discovered a well maintained play area with farm themed things to climb on & slides. Also noted that there are donkeys, alpacas (or llamas!!?), goats, calves & the odd hen & chicken wandering about! Ice creams are nice too with lots of flavours! We'll be back!

Absolutely fantastic ice cream parlour, such a variety of flavours (hocus pocus is definitely the best) and the staff are always lovely and friendly. The fact that there is a small petting zoo is the cherry on the top, it would be nice if you could buy small bags of animal feed to feed the goats and pigs. The only thing is the donkeys could do with some shade as they were hiding behind the fences because there was no where for them to get out of the very hot sun and no visible water for them.

Lovely place, brilliant ice cream. Nice variety of animals in a small space and a very creative play area with the farm-equipment-themed slides etc.

Bought my friends children for the first time today. They loved the ice cream.😊❤️. hocus pocus for me, bubblegum, salted caramel and Turkish delight for the kids. They then spent over an hour looking and patting the animals, and then using the play area. Thank you, we all had a lovely time. 👍

Do you want a flake in that love... +Not a massive place a few climbing frames for the kids +Nice ice cream +access for people with disabilities was good +eating area inside and picnic tables outside +animals to pet +price Meting... -Smell,, Now I know what your thinking...its a farm and farms smell of animals, but for me the smell of animal urine was very over powering and made me feel a bit rough. -can get really busy and car park fills up quick

Great staff, always happy to have a quick chat. The choice of ice cream is huge and is so nice. We love coming here for a break when we're walking around the area.

Love this place love the great selection of ice creams. Small amount of animals and a small adventure playground. Visited a week or so ago at 11.0am not overly busy. But visited mid afternoon today it was heaving but the ice cream queue moved quickly.

An amazing place to take the kids and it's free! My son is nearly two and loved it. He wasn't too fussed about their being farm animals there but, we still spent nearly an hour playing on the playground which was perfect for his age. I'd have happily paid for the playground especially if there was a little bit more there. We went on a Monday afternoon for the last hour before closing and it was still quite busy. I might avoid peak times on sunny days. The ice-cream itself is worth the trip alone, reasonably priced and amazing quality. I think I'll be taking a cold bag with me next time as they sell it in litre tubs to take home!

The double cream ice cream is AMAZING. There are many other flavours which are also lovely but the double cream has to be one of the best ice creams I've ever had. You can have an ice cream on the premises but also buy large tubs to take out which is great!
