The hotel is centrally located in a safe area with lots of shops and places to eat near by. People in reception were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was lovely and consisted of crossiants, cakes, boiled eggs, sweet breads, butter, cheese and yogurt. Best to have breakfast early as items do run out. Rooms were fine, a bit old but shower was great with lots of hot water and good water flow /pressure.

Service needs to improve better, no corrective action taken Incase of any difficulty during the stay. For example I am facing problem of Air condition, shut-off frequently due to voltage fluctuations.

It's so acceptable hotel at the downtown of Batna city to close to daily life vicinities in front of the public square and next to the theatre of the city.

Family-run hotel in the city centre of Batna with spacious, cozy and very clean rooms (mine had a balcony with a fantastic view over the central town square). Staff are extremely nice, helpful and professional, the manager has lived in the UK for a long time and speaks perfect English. Best hotel during a two-week Algeria trip, excellent value, and very warmly recommended.

I liked Elhayat Hotel. The rooms are cozy, the staff's super friendly,. They made me feel at home, and I had a blast exploring Batna from there. I'm definitely coming back, it's my go-to spot now!

Nice hotel in BATNA Center close to shopping, restaurant etc The room was a bit small but clean and organized and every thing was working. No parking but the area is safe and camera surveillance working, breakfast fresh served and the quality was acceptable, free wifi available. I recommend it ,it offers a nice stay.
