Located in the food court, this place always has a long line but the wait time is relatively short. Probably the best Chick-fil-a in Baton Rouge (surprise!). Food is always fresh and one of their employees checks on customers and sometimes helps with delivering food.

The service here is aweful. The first time I ordered food at this location, it took around ten minutes to get my food. I thought it was a random occurrence. Earlier this month it took 15 minutes. I spoke to the manager, she didnt even care to listen, gave me my money back, turned her back and walked off. I will never go back to this location. I wonder if anyone else experienced the poor service?

Always a great experience of chick fil a. Their food is as good as their logistics.

Worst chickfila I've been to. Usually they're fast and efficient, but not at this location. So slow and the kid behind the counter didn't give us hardly any ice in our teas. By the time we got our food, there was no ice at all. Only pro was the food was hot and fresh.

My first time to get to visit this place was a great time. My wife ordered the Cobb salad and was very happy with it... my spicy 🔥 chicken 🐔 was the spiciest and I love it! Can't wait to go back!

Nice... I did not get much to eat. Waffle fries were pretty good. Also the ice cream cup. I always experience friendly and courteous workers at Chick-fil-A.
