Was a bit dirty in some places but I’m not picky really, saying only as a heads up for those who are. Overall was a lot of fun! Drinks are free while gambling! I’m from Ohio its certain not like that there! I though that was cool. They are under construction in the building next to where the boats docked. The pictures show a very promising view of the casino they are in the works of creating! Would definitely return!

Alright here we go. Great location. Love how the casino (boat) is on the water that pretty cool. The buffet was really good. Had a great selection of food and desserts. The fish was really the best part for me. Kinda pricey for a single buffet. I get it it’s a casino, it has a buffet and the views are amazing. However I personally thought $20 for one person was a bit high, but that’s just my opinion. The service was great my drink was never half empty, my table was always clean when I came back from getting seconds and dessert. The ladies there were nice to talk to. Now the casino part. It was nice the boat had three floors. The first floor had table games and slots. Each floor had a bar and slots. I spent $60 and never got ahead once. I walked around and the highest payout I saw at that time was $250ish. As a new card member I spent $10 and went to the kiosk machine and spun the wheel and won a “free” Saturday brunch. U know I will be there to use that. I would go back to this place again for a fun night out enjoy the music and food and bar area. Something to do while I work out of town.

From Texas and always wanted to go gambling. Got to experience the slot machines. Played with $10 and won a pretty good amount of $$$$

Not very please with the gaming features. Usually the same people win and the slot machines are horrible. You have to spend to much money and the odds are really stack against you. My advice is if you really desire to win you need to go out of town. You get more tier points, hotel accommodation and major slot plays. Hollywood is trying to build their casino and allowing you to pay for it. Therefore the winning definitely want happen until the casino is completed, and they are at least 10 million dollars ahead in profit.

It's a small casino on a boat. Non-smoking is a plus for me. Just not as much diversity on the machines. If you like Buffalo, they've got all kinds. Unlike other casinos, it's quite warm inside.

1st time going and loved it! I had a blast with my husband. Definitely will go back again! My favorite machine was most definitely KISS in the sunset deck where smoking is only allowed at. There's 3 floor levels that you can play on. Also loved the fact that you could see the State Capital Building too.

Outdated games & half of them don't work! I was with a party of four, not one of us received a payout! There is no customer service..cannot get a drink! The food is way overpriced ($13 for a burger) EVERYONE is rude! There's only one elevator & it takes forevvvvvvveeeer. The dealers act like it's their money that they are playing for, there's no payout! For a place that takes everybody's money, it sure is cheap!

Love the new casino! My bf and I went last weekend and I was very impressed. Before we go, we each have a certain amount of money that we’re comfortable losing, should that be the case, and once that money is gone, that’s it. Neither of us won but we were able to play for approximately 6 hours on our set amounts and that rarely happens. Normally, we’re through in an hour or two, but the machines were paying out enough that we were able to extend our play time, so we really enjoyed this trip.

Good time, large variety of games, food was available after 1am while we were there, drinks were continuous, and I more than quadrupled what I spent in winnings (also this was my first casino experience)

Right place to go if you want to have a lousy time! Machines are ridiculously tight. If you happen to get a bonus, it is mostly blank spins. No fun here. Worth the drive to bypass and go to Labuerge

This place was smelling like and old toilet the carpet need cleaning the workers are just rude and some how the craps table was in cut in half with one person running it the lady was respectful but the manager was awful very rude. The black jack table was good.

This is a great "hometown" casino, if there is such a thing. Everyone seems to be a regular, including myself. I am anxiously awaiting the grand opening of the areas which are currently under renovations/new construction. From the looks of it, the status of this casino is going to skyrocket!!

Facility is a beautiful. Not sure what these other reviews are on about, I definitely got free drinks. Although, I’d rather them not train new craps dealers during peak hours, slows the game down too much. For that I take away a star. Overall a great experience.

Nice, new place. A little small, but I had a great time and won a bit. Be prepared to wait at the cage as I think everyone is still learning their jobs. Friendly door guy, and clean bathrooms. Should add a nice sushi restaurant, not everyone eats fried chicken😁

Came across a small but new casino that treated us well. Free drinks as you gambled. Only place to eat was a fast food Chinese restaurant. If you walk away with money you had a great time. Not a boat but on the Mississippi.

The food in 1717 was only just okay. I had the bisque and it was just edible. The sodas were off both in the restaurant and on the casino floor. All the staff were friendly and although still in training really were trying their best EXCEPT the person at the rewards counter.

I just started going on a regular and I really enjoy myself every time I win or lose.

Great place to play in BTR! No smoke in your face and the machines let you play.

Tried to like this place but this was our 3rd visit in the past month and the slot machines are just impossible to play and have fun. I totally understand you don't go to make money and you won't always win, it's a business. But to get on multiple machines and not hit anything for up to 20 spins is ridiculous. You can't have fun playing like that. I wouldn't complain if it was just 1 or 2 visits like this but this was the 3rd in a month with same outcome. Even the slot attendant said nobody was winning anything. Was excited to see the new construction finish but I'll pass.

It was okay three star ratings for me could not win anything after leaving them with $600 I don't think I would be going back there for a while

Had fun at this place even though I lost money but, none the less I had a good time. The place is well air conditioned great to beat the heat and smoke free. They do have a smoking area outside with slot machines available great for you smokers. Also the beer is complementary just leave a tip, “don’t be that person”. Only down side theres no hotel available at this location there is one right down the road.

Love this casino!!!!!!!! Also the view of the mighty Mississippi is spectacular great for taking pictures. Would not recommend swimming in it kmsl is so muddy you would literally come out looking like a Stephen King loc nest monster.

Very nice staff. They treat their guests very well. The dealers are the best. I haven't met one that isn't nice to everyone.

It wasn't the worst but also wasn't the best. I did see a lot of construction on land in front of the river boat so hopefully my next visit will be epic. I had a good time all the same.

It is a clean place the staff are very friendly the only thing I don't like is from my own experience and watching others their is not a lot of big wins . It is like every time I got a bonus or free games my wins are always like 30 dollars to at the most 70 dollars and that's me betting at max. I got talked into going and so I told my friends to watch you won't see any big wins and we watched one couple get bonus after bonus and they were like how are we losing money but getting a bonus every 3 spins? All I'm saying is start giving better jackpots. I can't wait to see the new building.

Very clean and nice and friendly staff. Everyone had on masks. Though it's not a requirement for customers. The slots all paid out well. You cannot smoke on the floor but they have a area located right out side for smoking. The only issue I had was the ATM not working but not enough to drop a star on the rating. The employees really make the place for me they all seemed like they really enjoyed working there. I have been to many casino's we're the staff were depressing not a good combo for casino's. Good job Hollywood Casino.
