    Bad attitude. The cash counter guy asked customer what is the rate for exchange. Who is working in the back? 🤯

    Very poor attitude. They should know how to speak to customers first. I'm closing my account which is 7 years old and which I have put my salary into and changing over to people's bank. Commercial bank, ward place branch please expect my presence to get the no objection letter.
