Never ever recommending this store to anybody. Experienced the most unprofessional and careless customer service. A phone number has provided which needs to dial more than 10 times to get connected. This happens specially after making an order and inquiring about the status of the order. And the best part is before the delivery they say they will be delivering the items by 2 days, but after 3 days and after many attempts to contact them, they say they are on holiday so nothing can be done. Fantastic customer service!

Used to purchase via online, this time last week visited Nugegoda store and had an amazing experience. The staffs are very helpful while giving space for us to decide and select. The store is kept clean, following the covid protocols. The selection is very wide and materials are really comfortable. Dress Styles are very sophisticated yet comfortable, while the price won’t break the purse Totally loved the instore visit

There is very few clothes and not all sizes available. Very small shop and poor service.

I’ve placed an order of nearly 30, 000 rupees via the nils website, however I didn’t recieve any updates regarding order dispatch for 10 days, no reply to my email, so I decided to call from Australia, to check regarding the order. On the 1st day I called I was told nils team had an issue in collecting the order items as the reason for order being delayed, and Nils team will send the order next day. I called the next days as I didn’t receive any email, and was told the Nils website had an error in calculating the weight, and I need to pay Rs 3500 additionally for the courier charges in addition to 6000 courier charges I already paid. I sent the additional amount same day, and sent an email, still didn’t receive any updates. I gave the 3 rd phone call to learn, nils team hasn’t checked the emails and they can’t post the items today, and will post it tomorrow. This behavior is highly unprofessional, and think again about the way you treat your International customers.

Nugegoda Nils- Turning off AC while selecting clothes. First day, they turned off AC while i was selecting clothes in their upstair. I thought it was a mistake so i neglected it. Second day, the AC was turned off when I get on to upstair. It was too hot and smelled bad inside upstair and was difficult to select clothes and fit on. No ventilation inside upstair. windows were closed too. So i came back without purchasing anything. Is this the way you treat customers and cutting cost?

This is not the first time I ordered a dress they told the stock is over yet again I ordered last Dec and I dropped them a message saying that I didn't receive the dress yet they replied me on the 2nd of Jan saying that the item is dispatched however I didn't receive the item until today. Therefore I dropped a message saying that I didn't receive the item they called me and said that there z a system issue and cannot deliver and make the order in our next designss.... They have a very prro customer service...

This is a clothing store that has come a long way. They started off with extremely reasonable pricing, but it may not be the case as of date. The store in Nugegoda after having been refurbished looks lovely. They have no parking space for customers at the store in Nugegoda.

The store is quite small and has only one parking space in front of the shop, but if you look around a bit then you may find a good place to park your vehicle without a hassle. Aside from those negativities, the shop has a good collection of frocks and most of them are quite good. The finishing is well maintained. Prices are bit down to the higher side. The staff is attentive and friendly.

Really poor customer services when you going to do an exchange. Seems like they do not want us to do exchanges. At the time they having a small shop at Nugegoda, we never experienced such a bad customer service. Seems like when they grow big, they forgot their ethics and customer service. I used buy dresses for my wife and sisters for almost 3 years now. Aftet today I'm not going buy from them again.

I am a regular buyer of nils store, and there's a huge collection with it and all are in super quality and can wear at any place at any time because the designs are very unique and as well as the delivery also super speed and well packed. Highly recommend and i'm giving 5 stars for this

The staff is nice and helpful. Loved their ladies sandle range. However, prefer if there was more variety and options and parking.

They have un-common elegant designs always. I used to select the dresses going through their FB page. Unfortunately, I could not buy any of those. Because all the time I visited there to purchase those designs, they said no stock. Mostly, I visited within one day once they advertised in FB page. However, there is not available what are they advertised or may be they have limited stock.

I have placed an order via nils online store and a week went by without any update regarding the order. I have already paid the order online and suddenly there was a call from them saying one item is not available and asking whether it is okay to send the rest only. This is the second time this happened to me. When I asked about that, I was told, they were receiving so many orders and my order got mixed up with someone who also paid online for the same dress and it is out of stock now.If it is not available, why is it still on the website and allowing the payment for that item to go through? Is one of the dresses not be reserved for that person who already paid for it, like in the other stores? Aren’t those customers, a priority? You people should be more attentive, when you are having so many orders. I've ordered online specially because, there are some functions coming up and I have no time to go shopping.This is highly dissappointing. Please try to be more professional and reliable regarding the orders. Since this is the second time this happened to me, I will think twice before ordering from your online store again in the future.

Very upset with the service. If you guys don’t have your products available on the said date don’t advertise saying “ November 1st Collection “. I wanted a shirt dress and called the branch on November 1st and was told that it’s still not in and to check back the following day but when I called on the 2nd at 1O am was told that they are lack of staff and if I can check back in the evening. If you can’t cater to the customer requirements you should not be in this business.

such a worst clothing store. i ordered through online and paid through KOKO app they advertised nicely online. but after paying store is calling and informing that products are not available and sending only 2. but clothes are really in worst quality. not like the way they advertised. i tried to contact online store and many more given numbers but no one bothered to answer a singel phone call. cheating customers for money with bad quality clothes. people should avoid this clothing company for the worst quality of their clothes and disappointing customers for advertising lies. upto now i tried to contact them many times regarding my refund but not a singel calls has been answered through NILS. please dont get caught to this FRAUD SCAM.

Disapointed how you are managing the delivery. It's been almost a week since the curfew was fully life off and over a month with most of the delivery services resumed working. I have received all the other deliveries I ordered during curfew but yours. After chasing up I received a text that it was dispatched but never arrived or no communication afterwards. VERY DISAPOINTED. Two stars only for the sake of nice designs you have on site.
