The
manager
working
today
made
our
food.
She
made
it
incorrectly.
My
husband
called
and
she
would
not
take
his
word
for
it.
She
demanded
that
he
drive
across
town
to
bring
it
back
so
she
could
see
it.
He
explained
that
we
live
far
away
and
asked
if
he
could
send
in
a
pic
or
something.
She
would
not
allow
that.
She
was
not
willing
to
rectify
this
unless
we
drive
across
town
to
bring
it
back.
Very
poor
customer
service
today.
The
staff
were
talking
about
being
night
owls
and
dropping
the
f-bomb
frequently.
The
menus
were
not
lit
up
because
apparently
they
have
raised
their
prices
and
the
menus
don’t
reflect
the
new
prices.
I
ordered
a
cauliflower
crust
pizza.
I’m
not
sure
I
got
that
but
whatever.
When
my
husband
asked
about
it,
the
manager
said,
“well,
I
didn’t
charge
you
extra
for
it
anyway.”
When
we
first
started
going
here
when
they
opened,
the
owner
seemed
very
nice.
She
was
there
every-time
we
came
in.
Never
had
an
issue.
She
wasn’t
there
today
and
she
has
apparently
hired
some
staff
that
may
need
some
better
training
on
customer
service
and
service
recovery.
Don’t
know
if
we
will
be
back.
