Ordered online. Took a bit long to arrive (almost an hour). The looks of the pizza was great. Ingredients and taste was good. Due to delivery delay it wasn’t very warm. I do believe this would have been a solid 5 stars. Will try again in a few weeks, but pick it up. Definitely worth another shot.

I called 8/14/2023 @ 4:30 pm waited on the phone 10 minutes before anyone answered the guy told me he could charge me extra for delivery cause I live on Wagner road i was ok with that then the manager told the cashier on the phone she’s not doing that she doesn’t feel like it and I heard it 👎🏽 Dr. and Mrs. Robinson are wonderful people but the manager on shift just caused me to never ever eat from the establishment again!! Until today Marcos was my favorite and cleanest place to eat from. After today I feel You could get better respect and customer service from Burger King

My wife used to be in the pizza business and when the female owner has been there and the young lady there yesterday, the pizza has been fantastic. My wife said she could tell this pizza we ordered yesterday was put together by a woman because it was topped perfectly. Marcos in BC is our go to pizza place.

The manager working today made our food. She made it incorrectly. My husband called and she would not take his word for it. She demanded that he drive across town to bring it back so she could see it. He explained that we live far away and asked if he could send in a pic or something. She would not allow that. She was not willing to rectify this unless we drive across town to bring it back. Very poor customer service today. The staff were talking about being night owls and dropping the f-bomb frequently. The menus were not lit up because apparently they have raised their prices and the menus don’t reflect the new prices. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. I’m not sure I got that but whatever. When my husband asked about it, the manager said, “well, I didn’t charge you extra for it anyway.” When we first started going here when they opened, the owner seemed very nice. She was there every-time we came in. Never had an issue. She wasn’t there today and she has apparently hired some staff that may need some better training on customer service and service recovery. Don’t know if we will be back.

My call was answered right away & I received great customer service. The pizza was ready at the pickup time advised. The Mike's Hot Honey Magnifico was delicious!

Ordered pizza and bread sticks online at 6:45 pm promised time is 7:15 pm Called atore at 7:34 Woman stated driver should b here anytime now! I asked if they discount for being late…. She asked who i spoke to … said online order…. Woman laughed at me Said oh yah online order…. Well its now 7:40 and still haven’t received our $45 dollar order! WILL NEVER ORDER MARCOS AGAIN! Totally ridiculous! Have always had great service and love there pizza! Our pizza arrived at 7:45 1 hour

Ordered 2 large and one medium. Received 3 medium pizzas and they were 45 minutes late. I wasn’t really mad about them being late but paying for large pizzas and getting mediums is completely unacceptable. Sad, because we think they are good pizzas but we are done here.

The reason I gave a four-star rating on food don't order the cheese sticks. The last two sticks the cheese just peeled write off. No cheese on that bread. Couldn't eat it
