You will love arbor pointe townhomes if you love coming home to the smell of canibus in every room of your home! Another bonus is the local children yelling into your windows at your pets. Have trouble waking up in the mornings? The honking of residents car horns and other random cars that pull in and honk will prevent you from ever oversleeping again! It’s like a free wake up service. Have problems sleeping? Your neighbors will help to give those sheep your counting some music to dance to. Why watch Parking Lot Wars on TV when you can live it every day? Parking here is non-existent thanks to all the people that own multiple cars and have constant visitors. But just think about all those extra steps you’ll get in. It’s almost like a free workout! If you are looking for a peaceful oasis to come home to, this place is NOT for you! If you are seeking a place where it sounds like your at a crowded beach and you can’t hear your TV then this is your dream home!

The individual who answers the phone and handles the applications is uneducated about her job. We kept asking about monthly fees, what is needed upfront, and other general questions; only to be told “it’s on the application and website.” So, this led us to believe our up-front move in cost would be approximately $600. Well, we were approved and it’s $1,200. A lot of this frustration could have been avoided if the employee would have just answered the questions. We were approved for the apartment but will be rescinding our application due to the reflection this situation has created for this company. A one dollar application fee sounds enticing, but that’s because they are equivalent to a cable company in terms of hidden fees. Oh, and we were never told about the pet rent, even after we told them we have a cat. So, we were quoted for the cost of not having a pet rent. I would have stayed oblivious to this pet rent if I had not stumbled upon their Twitter, which is the only place that listed a pet fee and pet rent. When I called about this pet rent and fee, they told me it was $100 more expensive than the Tweet reflected; even though it was only a few months ago. If you want apartments that handle their business like a used car salesperson, I recommend this place! Otherwise, steer clear.

Arbor Pointe is a great place to work and live. I've been working here since 2010. I enjoy serving the community and being apart of a great company. Arbor Pointe Townhomes has so much to offer. Spacious homes, sparkling pool and were pet friendly. You will love our townhomes.

The Staffs is outstanding, they have always be professional and took care of all of my needs. They responded quickly to work orders or issues with the apartment, and they take very good care of the property. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice place to live in Battle Creek, Michigan. Gail & Jade are wonderful.....as well as all of the Arbor Pointe Staff.

I love living at Arbor Pointe. The location is convenient to shopping and schools. I have been a long time resident for about 10 years. The staff are always so helpful and the maintenance staff are always on top of work orders. I enjoy the pool and the work out center provided to us. I reccomend everyone to live here. My townhome is very spacious and at an affordable rate.

The staff is friendly and helpful. When I have any maintenance problems Jay has been great at getting it taken care of in a timely matter. He's the best!

Just moving in but the office has been pretty helpful even with the set backs from remodeling and the price is pretty fare and accurate. Wish corporate was more on top of things so far but that's not really something the office can help with. Slightly understaffed but again that's a corporate issue.

I've been living here for about a month and a half now and it's wonderful! I've only heard neighbors a few times but its nothing major, being that we're so close, it will happen. I'm looking foward to staying here and enjoying all that Arbor Pointe Townhomes has to offer!
