    Every single time I order from here it's either not done, cold, or messed up. This is not is not healthy at all to just be eating raw dough!!! How disgusting!! I only ordered from here bcuz everything else was closed. I can get better pizza at vanhorns!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! All I'm gonna get is a store credit..like I really want to order from here again??!! Just want my money back. All of it. If I get sick from this AGAIN I will file a complaint and call the health inspector..let's see if he would eat this pizza!!. My dog won't even eat this pizza!! Thanks for the little taste of apples y'all.

    Ordered at 5:30pm got my food at 6:30 it came cold, hard, and over cooked. The cheese bread has no cheese in it and barely any on top its also hard as a rock. my pizza was cold and stale? I do not understand how that could happen If it was made fresh. I paid 25.17$ for this food and it was worth not even 5$.I would like a refund but I'm pretty sure I'm not getting one.

    My food sat in the store for 41 minutes before being delivered to my house. I was so excited to try this new Dominos only to be extremely disappointed. My food was cold and the cheese rubbery. Plus the sauce tastes funny. I was missing cinnamon twists. I will not be going back even though I was given a free pizza for the poor service.

    Ordered online at 6:52. Called after an hour of it showing “prep” status. Team said it wouldn’t be made for a bit..gave a new ETA of 45mins. 2 hours total for a pizza is ridiculous. I get places are short staffed, but at minimum, provide an estimated delivery time up front so patrons know prior to ordering.

    Got my order wrong, pizza didn't look appealing. Called to let them know that order was wrong. Didn't hear from them as they were closing. Woke up I'm the morning 2nd pizza was all over yard animals got into it. Driver never called and never went to the back door as instructed. Called as they opened and wanted a refund manager said he couldn't do it. If I had 2 more hands I would give them a 4 thumbs down!

    Horrible! Food was wrong, Food was cold, undercooked. Rude staff, the main number left me on hold 2 hrs. Never got my money back and never got the correct order.

    Tonight’s order was a bit of a mixed bag. Everything tasted great. The toppings ended more than 2” from the edge on half the pizza, which seemed excessive. The cheesy marinara dipping sauce was excellent though. The contactless delivery was puzzling-for lack of a better term. The driver left my order, all four boxes stacked on one another, DIRECTLY against my door. Such that when I opened the door to receive the order, I knocked all the boxes over. It made no sense and made me regret the almost $7 tip.

    The only reason I patronized this specific store again is to use the credit for the previous mistakes. It's hard for most people to mess up on a Cheese pizza but they are excellent at it, in fact I have never gotten a correct order from here. l love Dominos, it's my favorite. But, I will not be back to this one again.

    This location is really going downhill… deliveries are always late, despite the store being less than 5 min away. Call to speak to someone about it you get hung up on. Multiple times I’ve had orders marked delivered only to be over a half hour late. And it’s always a gamble for how it’s going to be made, even if I order the same thing some days it’s exactly how it should be, other days it’s like they don’t even look at the order. Bread is almost always stiff and stale tasting. Ridiculous.

    I ordered a pan pizza and parmesan bread bites and the pizza was very good but the bread bites were dry and flavorless. It looked like someone just forgot to put the butter and cheese on them, so they were just tough, dry balls of dough... Not appetizing at all.

    I am very displeased with the visit to dominos this evening… I placed a order for a barbecue chicken pizza and the toppings were all there very generous amount of toppings but they forgot to put the barbecue sauce onto the pizza which made it not so good for me. I am a regular costumer and have never had a experience like today. I do understand that we are all human and nothings done perfect but when I pay almost $30 for some food I do expect it to be as good as the money was. I was gonna go back to the store for a refund but I was headed to work and bought the pizza for work so I wasn’t able to take it back otherwise I Would have. Please slow down I would rather wait for food than to get it wrong I do appreciate you guys but $30 worth of pizza was tossed in trash it’s ashamed.

    This is my go-to pizza place. They have lots of coupons online, quick delivery, and delicious food. My delivery drivers are always nice too. I can only think 2 times when I had an issue and that was likely due to short staffing, as it was just delivery time. But even that isn't a complaint because with Domino's delivery insurance they made it right.

    Very disappointed in the S.W Capital store. I ordered pizza, volcano cake, and some soda. Most of my order was delivered in a timely manner, but it was missing the soda. The delivery driver offered to go back for it and I agreed that that was a good idea. Well after waiting another 30 minutes for the soda to be delivered, I called just to make sure it was still going to be delivered. I was told by the guy who answered that he would make sure it was, I told him that I was very appreciative. Two hours later and it still hasn't shown up. I called back to ask for a refund and got an attitude. So irritated, I was even prepared to tip a second time for the inconvenience of their mistake. I definitely won't be ordering from this location for a while. It is in need of a staff change.

    On September 3rd at around 9pm I placed an order online, after a while with no knocks at my door I called and was told the driver left the order at my door. Look and it's not there. I ask why he didn't knock on the door and hand it to me like he was supposed to (that was the option I chose online) they didn't have an answer for that. They offer to remake it. This time the driver does knock on our door and hand us our order while fumbling around with apologies and excuses for last time. The only problem is that this order is completely wrong. I called the store AGAIN. The person claiming to be the manager insisted it was right and saying he won't remake it again. At that point I just insisted on a refund which he said he would do. I hope he can figure out how to do that. What a horrible expierence. A lazy & incompetent delivery driver and a manager that should not be in charge of a mop bucket yet alone any kind of business. It's too bad zero stars isn't an option. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Update. 11/21/23 I found a message in my spam folder from somebody at the company that owns this horrible place. It was dated in September. Apparently, all this is worth is a 10$ gift card. When I expressed my problem with this it became a 20$ gift card. No thanks. The gift card isn't worth being treated so poorly. AGAIN I SAY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEPLACE THAT VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOT HERE.

    Had to rate one star or would have 0 have been ordering and relatively happy for a few years had "CREDITS" for messed up orders I've had. Tried to use them tonight was told the best he could do was 20% NEVER AGAIN SOOOO UNHAPPY had a order fall off car over 2 hours to delivery was supposed to get "CREDITS". Had orders incorrect and incomplete supposed to get "CREDITS" To bad CREDITS NEVER RECEIVED 😀

    This is the best Dominoes’s pizza I have had in a long time! Just ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese kids killed it! Also a salad which was amazing! And cheese bread that just melted in your mouth!!! Thank You Haley for making our order, and To our driver thank you for safely delivering the order and not minding Caesar (dog) who greeted you.
