I
placed
an
order
online,
after
a
while
with
no
knocks
at
my
door
I
called
and
was
told
the
driver
left
the
order
at
my
door.
Look
and
it's
not
there.
I
ask
why
he
didn't
knock
on
the
door
and
hand
it
to
me
like
he
was
supposed
to
(that
was
the
option
I
chose
online)
they
didn't
have
an
answer
for
that.
They
offer
to
remake
it.
This
time
the
driver
does
knock
on
our
door
and
hand
us
our
order
while
fumbling
around
with
apologies
and
excuses
for
last
time.
The
only
problem
is
that
this
order
is
completely
wrong.
I
called
the
store
AGAIN.
The
person
claiming
to
be
the
manager
insisted
it
was
right
and
saying
he
won't
remake
it
again.
At
that
point
I
just
insisted
on
a
refund
which
he
said
he
would
do.
I
hope
he
can
figure
out
how
to
do
that.
What
a
horrible
expierence.
A
lazy
&
incompetent
delivery
driver
and
a
manager
that
should
not
be
in
charge
of
a
mop
bucket
yet
alone
any
kind
of
business.
It's
too
bad
zero
stars
isn't
an
option.
AVOID
THIS
PLACE
AT
ALL
COSTS.

I
found
a
message
in
my
spam
folder
from
somebody
at
the
company
that
owns
this
horrible
place.
It
was
dated
in
September.
Apparently,
all
this
is
worth
is
a
10$
gift
card.
When
I
expressed
my
problem
with
this
it
became
a
20$
gift
card.
No
thanks.
The
gift
card
isn't
worth
being
treated
so
poorly.
AGAIN
I
SAY,
GO
SOMEWHERE
ELSE.
SPEND
YOUR
MONEY
SOMEPLACE
THAT
VALUES
THEIR
CUSTOMERS.
NOT
HERE.
