Is this fast food? Am using app order but still have to wait more than 10mins

Worst delivery experience i ever had with online order. Order at 1pm for berbuka puasa & should be deliver at 6.30pm to my office on the same day. But unfortunately, the order delivered to me at 7.45pm. I will back to home at 8pm. No update at all, i cant track my order, called customer service many times but no answer. Then, the runner dont say sorry at all & still smile huhh. My first & last time with kfc delivery. I should be loyal to McD only. Sorry to say this but the service by KFC is really worst. They should upgrade their service & management or they will lost the customer.

Not honest in serving customer. Ordered for delivery through KFC app but there were obvious missing item when delivered...
