I have Never seen such a Bad and rude Security Guards Please educate ur guards to be more professional... There was no one at the gate so I horn my car after 2 minutes waiting The guard was so rude to come n tell me Jangan lah horn horn kurang ajar betul like so.... If again this going to happen I will have to make a police report on the management n the guards...

The place is safe but I am very sad because the house I rented the ceiling leaked, I have told managment many times but no action to fix the leaking ceiling was taken and the sad thing is that there is water from the toilet to the owner of the house above where I live, managment no carry out responsibilities

Don't buy room here, the security is rude

The location is great! Walking distance to tamarind square and paragon which covers all the shopping needs. The reception area is lovely and it feels pretty secure to stay here.

I have stay at 29 floor and park at level 8 everything is in valid way of parking provided in this unit. But unfortunetely when i went to go to pass out gate the foreign security guard yelling at me in irrespective RUDE WAYS coz i have park overnight.This is the most rudeness security guard i ever seen in my life.That unacceptable how that foreign worker can behave like this to the guest.Truly disgrace for this country if management dont take corrective action. Please teach security guard how to respect people if they wanted to be respected.

the parking is very inconvenient. the pool is very dirty and most of other facilities is not opening. the lift is also dirty and no one supervise tenant from getting dry off before getting into the lift.

Very noisy place, alot malay and arab students , they play loud music with bass and some young malay likes to play loud music instrument guitar & drums etc .....and don't know why the malay ladies like to scream at night for no reason... Not a good place to stay!!!!!

If you book a stay thru booking website, make sure you dont end up in ECLIPSE! the photo all different from the reality.😭 The reason why i hate this place bcs ive got into wrong deal with the host. The house was not so good compared to other residence. They really give me a hard time during tht time happened. The only good this is i think this place near tamarind square. But i will not prefer this residence. The image i had about this place was so damnnn 👎👎👎👎 .

I lived here for a whole year. I loved it. I would consider staying here for longer but my job is quite far so I have to move out 😭. Never had an issue with anything. Security are nice and helpful, Very clean, secure and safe. I would definitely recommend to live here. 🙏❤️

A very beautiful place to live with a very nice view from 38th floor rooftop. The environment is very nice and very clean. Everything is very okay except the entrance and exit. The gates to enter and exit are right next to each other and the road is too small which make it very inconvenient to wait for someone, make it hard for another car to pass.

guard entrance & registration: excellent & smooth check in/out & access card: smooth parking: 2 car parks for 1 homestay. easy access to the elevator. park your car at the designated lot. rm200 to open clamp. elevator: fast & smooth duplex unit: - it has 3 bedrooms & bathrooms - wifi was not functioning when we check in. - the smart tv is there, but the wifi is not functioning. it has netflix, youtube etc. -coway ✅ - the electric kitchen ✅ - microwave✅ - aircond ✅ - sofa ✅ - dining table ✅ overall the homestay was clean and comfortable.

They don’t maintain the pool. The lounge area was alright. Room was alright.

I liked the gym, but the mosque is not clean and good that the carpets are sticky Please take care of the prayer area. You will be rewarded from God for that

Good place to stay...will recommend to others

My experience living here for 6 months+, i have to say everything was good until i had few encounter with the guards. To all future tenants, please be aware you'll have to face extremely rude guards and ignorant management regarding the rude guards. I have emailed this issue to the management but sadly received not even a reply on this subject. The guards even behave rudely to my parents who just came over to visit during the weekend. Such a unpleasant experience especially when getting treated this way.
