Another experience after Covid19 3rd waves lockdown"Pkpb". Its my 1st time staying ere for few nights, having my best buddies birthday batch(small gathering with closest friends only). Didnt do it at the pool coz a last minute decision even tho pool is nice spot to do a gathering bt nt recommended and not taking that risk for everyone. Anywy, the unit that's im staying a nice deco,a small bar divided the kitchen area wo dining area & the most talks by everyone are the huge balcony area facing the lake and from far out u can see KLCC and KL Tower and concrete jungle of kl. Soundproof are gud so far, nice architecture design that suits the needs for the area. Talk abt the lake, so far not many people around that using the facilities so far, which actually i like it cz not too crowded and easy to move arnd and gud hideout🤭. If u walk arnd the lake, u won't missed the mini Zoo which gud activities w kids and if ur hungry, there's a restaurant and a small staff arnd the area. Offcourse this Lakeview arer nt perfectly done and need juz abit more probably activities especially on the lake itself if it cn be open for kennu boats ride, cycle boat ride or etc that suits the needs. And at night, maybe w a better architectural lighting such as "martin moving head", a search light and a better choreography architectural lighting setup and showcase probably."somethin like vegas, h.k, dubai&etc" bcoz other then the view, the lake are your main selling point, jz dnt lose it. no offence ya 99group, jz frm my point of view & i still like this plz and loc, jz wanna see it better, thats all👍🔥🔥🔥 overall, from the condo suits, the lake, the mini zoo& etc, i give an All🌟Star for this lakeview condo And Ms.Ong especially for all yr hospitality while staying there. 10q so so much🙏 lastly, #plzbekindtooneanother #staysafefromharm

Very nice condo, developer fulfill 95% of what was in their promotional video. Workmanship still a bit under par for the higher units, need more QC. Nevertheless, this is the most luxurious condo in Selayang area

Everything feels luxurious, comfortable and tight security with a beautiful view if you get the B block and the facilities are complete, it has a beautiful pool with it's own functioning gym, ping pong, futsal/basketball/badminton hall, an area that you can rent out for events not to mention the free access to it's park as a residence. 6 elevators are available to ease up congestion on going down if they aren't on maintenance as there are 43 floors.
