Stayed this hotel for three nights in the end of June 2023 with family. An excellent place to stay with less cost. The hotel on the top of Gurney Mall, only 10 minutes drive from city center. The best attraction is the view from window. You can see the whole skyline of KL from your window.

Nearby eateries in Gurney Mall. Room is a spacious suite type with limited KL view. Swimming pool available in-house and nearby bowling alley. Breakfast included in room price. This is a perfect place for large groups in KL area. Definitely will come again next time!

Worst hotel on the planet. Our room was full of old cigarettes and rubbish on the ground everywhere. Obviously they had not cleaned it since the last guest. When we demanded an other room, they said that they will not do anything because reception is closed now. So we had nowhere to sleep. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. If you book here your money is gone without you ever getting a place to stay.

The service of this residence is poor and not as mentioned in the picture. As an international student, we have a lot of discrimination such as not providing for us the residence unless we are students in UTM. The residence are very dirty and miss. The rooms are small and not clean. The service takes long time if they come. I remember for AC dropping water I was waiting for 1 month. cigarette butts are every where. The deposit is another issue, no one will return you a single cent. Until now I didn't receive my deposit. one of my friend when asked for his deposits, they told him you did not pay one month and the card wasn't work. There are lying, he only pay by cash!!! I think the people who gave high rate they are staying in the hotel not in the messy residence

Worth the pay. Parking about RM5 per day - need to validate the ticket before go out each time. Ok for that price since most hotels in KL are lack of parking. Breakfast is included. The room is just nice only (the size). Has fridge and sink (like studio) so for me it's easy since I have a baby with me. Location-wise is very strategic. Not too packed, only cons is very confusing way to get there since some roads are closed, and not sure when to park when first arrive, and where the lobby is. After that, all ok. Hotel has pool too, but little bit too far, not in the same block as Hotel.

Car park : the directional signage at the parking to the counter (located at 6th flr), put extra “ unique sign” to assist the visitors to remember where they park theirs vehicle. 2. Room : no pipe for whuduk in the toilet. 3. Parking : hotel guest has to pay parking fee. Other than that, I think everything is ok.

The Tower houses also Residences with Security Lifts. On the Ground Floors there are KFC etc and Shops. Parking is ample. And Public Transportation is available. This Residencies Tower is within the UTMKL Campus. You can enter the Residencies via the Main Campus Gate which you have to drive within the Campus (better get Advice from the Security how to reach the Event Tower) or the Alternative Gate direct to the Residencies Tower by the Road.

I am renting a unit with RM1.5K for a month and the price is quite reasonable especially when you are living here in KL. Fret not about food because you can just literally buy at the ground floor. There are OldTown, Richiamo, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut and many more. There is also Guardian opposite to Tealive. Other than these you can still go to Kg Baru as it is nearby. RWH also have bowling lanes at level 6 but with less amount of lanes. Do not expect too much with the reasonable price. Staffs, quite helpful and friendly even though there is no more operation by 11PM. Overall it is just fine in this pandemic season since they are rules and stuff. We just need to tolerate, it ain't that hard. To sum it all up, I would recommend this place for a staycation. The room are neat and tidy. They also have pests control to come monthly so there is no issues with roaches and such. Keep up the great service 👍🏼

In my tower, there's literally only two people for all the tenants here. • It honestly depends on the person, but i personally find it annoying that the window is only able to open the window a little bit, it is not enough to let cool wind enter the room properly. Maybe it is better to ditch the vertical window and just install normal horizontal opening windows. • Location: It depends on who you are. For UTM students, this is one of the best places to stay assuming you don't have to cook by yourself. For others, i will suggest them to look elsewhere as room rates are not cheap here. This hotel is a bit distant from Bukit bintang's restaurant hub. Pardon me if my English is a bit unclear.

Enjoyed my stay 2 days 1 night here. Breakfast was good & delicious. Pool is huge. However the minus point is the LIFT. Tower 3 got 2 lifts, however only one lift is functioning… hope it can be fixed immediately.
