Despite the fact that we were threatened by the Operations Manager (Vince Liew) of Pet Lovers Centre - Batu Pahat to not leave a bad review, we believe it is our duty to let the rest of you know about our experience in the venue so that you won't have to go through the same scary and traumatic experience. On 23rd July 2022, I sent my Shiba Inu - Loki, into their centre for basic grooming and when we came back to pick him up, we noticed Loki started acting strange and different. It was not long after that I realised his eye had started swelling and had internal bleeding!!! (Attached in the picture). I immediately rushed him back there where they took no responsibility for their actions and blamed that my dog might have injured himself by banging on the cage they put him in!!!!!! The lack of care provided by the venue have resulted in my dog being a victim. I don't think they hit the dogs however the lack of care is clearly evident and Loki is victim of it. The irony behind "Pet Lovers Centre" is that if you love your pet, you should not send them there as they don't care for your pet and will treat them badly. I hope that someone will learn from what has happened to me and not make the same mistake I did by sending them there.

Eventhough it's expensive but I can say this clinic have professional doctors. I can say I don't mind spending cost treatment for my cats at this clinic. Because there's 1 clinic I've been there, MORE EXPENSIVE, and can't detect my cat got FIP. Thank you doctors and staff here.
