Been hospitalized here for almost a month coz of pelvic fracture/broken wrist/collapsed lung and still attached to Dr Tee (Orthopedic) clinic for monthly appointments. My life saving doctors especially Dr Narendra. Thank you to Dr Tee Seng Siu, Dr B. Narendra, Dr Zul, Dr Suhaila and all the doctors who had treated me there. You are all my heroes. And thanks to all the staff and nurses who cared for me when I was warded. Especially during the time where I couldn't move at all. And all the nurses who made a home visit to cleanse my wounds. Thank you thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Don't hesitate to come here. They're all very friendly and helpful. I am glad to be transferred here from HSA.

I do Covid Test (PCR) on 26 Dec 2020. 9am appointment, but until I reach KPJ there at 9am, the staff haven't set up the equipment. Until 930am, they just start the first swab test on the first customer. Hopefully KPJ can improve on this issue. Time is precious. Thank you.

My 73yo mom underwent total knee replacement surgery here with orthopedic specialist, Dr Ezrat Samadi in Oct 2019. Great service and hospitality. She is recovering well and planning to perform similar surgery on her other leg with the same doctor.

Came all the way from outside Batu Pahat. Unfortunately lobby door was closed. Security directed us to the other way due to Jumaat and they closed at the afternoon. When we are at Emergency Department, being told restricted visitors. We understand hospital policies and restrictions due to endemic etc. We asking for cafe, sadly been informed cafe are closed. For those who are having kids and for sure after a few hours on the road. We need cafe for refreshments. My suggestion is management need to consider on cafe operation hours. Due to your hospital location are been isolated from nearest cafe (convenience shop etc), we as an outsider looking for hospitality from kpj. Your attention and consideration is much appreciated. Thank you.

I had my procedure under the Surgeon there, Dr. Narendra. He is very professional guy.Did a very good job. Young, handsome but very experience and intelligent. I highly recommend him..He became my family doctor now:)

Smooth health screening booking via facebook. Very responsive and precise. Pleasant experience in the screening day, all the staff is polite and professional. Got my report in less than 2 hours. Super efficient and good job to KPJ BP team!

in term of service and hospitality, bad. Will not choose as preferred hospital anymore. i can said that unfriendly procedure 1) Customer discaj after office hour, pintu lobi utama dah tutup. staff should offer assistance. Pengalaman on 6/7 around 7pm... ada one couple yang baru discaj, husband naik wheelchair, wife kene bawak barang, kene barang tongkat and kene tolak wheelchair. sampai dekat pintu rintangan api from lift lobby to ED. the couple was stuck how to open the door. kalau ade staff assist bantu mereka kan bagus... depa bayar mahal2 bil. bantulah depa daripada A sampai Z. 2) upgrade your services and hospitality. in term of gift, meal, food. semua bende kene add on. But for consultation Dr, was good. Dr well explained and easy to cooperate Make customer satisfied, then bring a good customer experience as a result become loyal to you. please improve

My mom had her CT scan over here, asap procedures with the results complete in 1/2 an hour together with documentation. What I could recommend everyone is, the bills really justified.

Excellent customer service provided by the staff of the hospital. The nurses were attentive and friendly while doing their job. Dr B. Narendra was very professional and detailed while diagnosing and treatment. Overall was a pleasant experience treated here.

Dr Low Jer Wei and team should get an award for excellent job they do. I appreciate each and every one who I encountered in my entire journey in KPJ Batu Bahat Specialist Hospital. 1. Helpful staff direct us to correct direction and even took effort led us to the clinic personally. 2. I do noticed nurses who inject medicine took extra care and made sure to reduce my pain as much as they can. I am grateful that I received friendly and positive response when I share that I was in pain and fear of injections etc... this eased my pain and made me feel better. 3. Dr Low's quick thinking had saved my life, his explanation was clear, surgery done just in time. Thanks to his professionalism I am doing good recovery now. 4. On 18th Oct 23 a helpful and friendly nurse had help me to clean myself patiently, thanks to her I was finally feeling refreshed! 5. Physiologist patiently guide me in the rehabilitation session. 6. The facilities are quite new and able to accommodate my needs during my stay. A very comfortable hospital, very spacious parking, clean and nice interior and very friendly Doctors and staff 👍🏼

Very professional and friendly service by all the staffs, right from the buggy driver (who fetched us from the car park to the main entrance), to the usher, counter staff and doctor. The whole process was smooth and quick.
