Nice to see something nice and signature in Malaysia. The bridge seems to be clean and well maintained. However it’s extremely crowded at weekend night and you will need to jam from main road all the way to the parking. There is a huge parking beside the bridge which is good but I think it’s extremely unfair to charge high parking rate. I went there during a Saturday night and it was RM12 and I only parked for an hour. Same goes to my sister’s car also got charged for RM12.

Tourist attractions. Amazing view during night with colourful lighting. Looks like this place is always busy with visitors. Just be careful & don't get soft with some guys acting like free lance photographers that are offering photo service. They seem like foreigners & they might trap you to pay ridiculous charges to their service. Don't know where the local authority is gone & sometimes feel unsafe with this kind of situation.

A Modern Marvel Linking Past and Future 🌉🏙️ My exploration of Kuala Lumpur led me to the stunning Saloma Bridge, a true masterpiece of contemporary design and urban connectivity. Spanning the Klang River, the Saloma Bridge is more than just a transportation link; it's a symbol of the city's progress and embrace of modernity. This sleek architectural wonder, named after the legendary Saloma, provides not only a functional crossing but also an artistic and cultural experience. The blend of aesthetics, functionality, and cultural homage is truly inspiring. Strolling across the bridge, I was treated to panoramic views of the city, the river, and the surrounding landmarks, creating a moment of connection with both the past and the future of Kuala Lumpur. For fellow travel enthusiasts, the Saloma Bridge is a testament to how a city can bridge time and tradition with a contemporary vision. It's a must-visit location for those who appreciate the fusion of art, culture, and architecture in urban spaces.

Parked next to the end of the bridge, they support cashless options but it is definitely pricey. There are also a lot of people by the side selling drinks, fruits and light up balloons. The view of the bridge is nice, just a short walk from one end to another.

New attraction in Kuala Lumpur. Hard to find the place and not easy to get a parking lot. Its beautiful during night. The lights on with different colors. From the bridge ... you can even snap i photo of Twin Tower.

One of the must visit places in KL, just next to the twins tower, more crowded at night time when the lights are on. The color changes quite often and of course the queue of people who are waiting to take photo at the iconic spot also very long.

Another angle of Petronas Tower from Saloma Bridge, many tourist here for taking a city light photo. There is local photographer using lighting here, the result was good, only pay around RM20 for 5 photos or RM5 for 1 photo. But don’t come late, at 00.00 the light turn off.

Seloma bridge is the latest addition of KL iconic landmark. Nice spot to see the towers and the bridge is a good spot for pictures. Go at night is definitely more beautiful and lively than day. There is no fee to enter this place. It's indeed a very beautifully designed bridge.

One of the Best Hidden Gems if you want to see KL skyline glowing in neon lights. For best photography tip, wait for blue hour when the Saloma Bridge comes alive with dazzling light display against the backdrop of some of the tallest skyscrapers in the world. It's free but you've to cope with a maddening crowd especially on weekends.

A good place to take pictures for tourists. You get to take pictures with the Saloma bridge and the Petronas towers showing in the background. If you want to take pictures where there's not a lot of people, I recommend going to this place by 10pm onwards. They closed the lights at 12midnight.

It's a beautiful bridge. The night lighting makes the bridge gorgeous! The magestic twin tower view is available from here. Just 10mints walking distance from twin Tower Plaza. It's a very short bridge, but the contemporary structure has made it a very important and must visited place in KLCC.

It's not very far from KLCC and it's not difficult to find. Just follow Google Maps. It will be more beautiful to come here at night, because it looks more beautiful with colored lights. I will look for another opportunity to come and watch it at night.

Very beautiful bridge especially at night. However you will see full of crowd of people over there. It’s just located in front of petronas twin tower by wall cross the road you will see this bridge.

A great spot to take pictures. You can see the twin towers and KL tower up on the bridge. Very colorful lights. It’s mostly crowded after sunset, even on week days.

Мост и мост 😅 ИСТОРИЯ: Text description provided by the architects. The Pintasan Saloma is a pedestrian bridge opened to the public in February 2020 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This seamless link connects two prominent destinations: Kampong Bharu (New Village), the traditional Malay enclave; and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), the modern Central Business District (CBD); formerly separated by the Sungai Klang (Klang River) and the six-lane Ampang Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH).

Went there during working days. No crowded. Nice photo shot during the evening when the sun is about to set. When the bridge lights up then it does look good.

This bridge Looks amazing at night. We went during weekend and school holiday in May. Huge crowd. At one point we can feel the bridge is vibrating. Overall nice place to take photos. The lift was out of order. It's a small lift so maybe cannot cope with the huge crowd.Maybe the management should consider to change to bigger lift.

Its clean, well lighted and presentable for tourism. It makes me feel like everywhere else in Kuala Lumpur is as clean as Pintasan Saloma which opens daily from 5am to 1am. It also appears that people are not scared walking near cemetery at midnite!

Saloma Bridge/Pintasan Saloma, built in honor of Puan Saloma,a legend in the Malay entertainment industry. The LED lights were definitely something to behold. Do note that one end of this bridge was built next to a Muslim cemetery. Also,I would recommend taking your own pictures with a monopod if required instead of having them taken for you at a "fee" if you know what I mean. Overall, this attraction qualifies as a touch and go destination. Nevertheless, check it out if you have some time to spare while in KL,walking distance from the Twin Towers.

It's a perfect place place for photos either day or night. Mostly beautiful when it is night with the lighting. Situated few meters away from Petronas Twin Towers. Easily approachable by foot. It's a busy place since it is a tourist attraction point. It's a bridge across the klang river in Kuala Lumpur which is more than 50 metres long.

The bridge connecting Kampung Baru and KLCC. It’s very near our accommodation, and looking from the balcony, the bridge looks like an aroana fish boasting its scales that lit up at night with the color of the flag of Malaysia. The bridge is always busy with tourists especially at night. Went there at noon to avoid the crowd

Parking can be a hassle as it's usually crowded during the weekends. Free entrance and they do have lift service to take you up to the 3rd floor. Definitely picturesque and scenic, perfect for photography especially under the night sky.

Pintasan Saloma is located in the heart of the city close to the Petronas towers. This bridge seems to be clean and well maintained but extremely crowded at nights especially durings weekends. It is beautifully lit with lights in the evenings. There is no entry fee to this place

  • 3/5 yusuf m. 10 months ago on Google
There isn’t much to do on this bridge, as the name suggests, it’s just an interestingly-shaped bridge. The name saloma comes from a famous Malay singer who apparently looked like Marilyn monroe and resembled her alluring look which is why Saloma was named the ‘Marilyn monroe of Malaysia’ hence why the bridge is called the Marilyn monroe bridge. At night, it has pretty lights and it’s lit up blue from the inside but apart from that, there’s nothing much to it.

The latest tourist attraction that connects Kampung Baru and the City Centre is the illuminated bridge with changing LED lights. While it offers a unique viewing experience, it may not be the best spot to admire the KLCC view

One of KL's hidden practical yet touristy facilities. Great vantage view of KLCC and Kg Baru and cut short walk distance from KLCC to Kg Baru. Removed the isolation of Kg Baru.

We came here on election holiday. Arrive by 8pm, crowd is manageable until peak hour by 9pm. Due to throng of people, I can't even get a decent picture inside the bridge. The place is amazing though, a must see view. My wishlist if I could just enjoy the view without jostling with the crowd.

It's a very beautiful bridge to view at night. The architecture of the bridge is something special. To avoid high parking charges, I would suggest visitors to walk there. It's not too far away from KLCC. Moreover, it's quite breezy at night.

The Saloma Link is a single span steel structure bridge that is illuminated with 4,100 diamond facade panels that come with state-of-the-art LED lighting. The purpose of this bridge was to connect Kampung Baharu City Center (KBCC) to the Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC) as it now only takes seven to eight minutes to get from one end to the other. The concept of this bridge is also similar to the Bridge of Peace in Tbilisi, Georgia where the LED lights illuminate to change patterns from time to time. Saloma Link is the most exquisite pedestrian bridge ever built in Kuala Lumpur and is slated to be one of the top three tourist attractions in KL city.

Recommended! Beautiful and nice view during night. Can use public transport (kelana jaya line ) to Kampung Baru. While enjoying this view, can also walk to KLCC also because the journey take few minute only.

Strongly recommended to have a walk at there at night after dinner. It is very beautiful!! The bridge changes the lights colour, even inside the bridge also can take very beautiful photos.
