All the Staff -especially azim very friendly and handsome. Dr shariff&Dr Aida - excellent & professional in treating patients. Their physio centre - the best in town. Overall received good treatment and care from them.

Wrong opening time mentioned. In google mentioned opened at 8:00AM.. went there and the staff said only open at 9:00AM. Staff didnt even bother to ask patient’s condition or if we need urgent care so they can call doctor..

My house located 10km from this clinic..went there around 10.50pm bcause they gladly marketize their working hour until 12am..once we arrived ive been told that there is no dctor available.. dctor went back home already..only can buy medication with own prescription..maybe should change on your operation hour ya..kind of dissapointed 🥲

Subpar diagnosis of chicken pox, did not receive good medical advise on treating early chicken pox and the required medicines are not available at time of visit. Chicken pox became more serious and had to go to another clinic where I received better advice and medicines are available and effective. Thanks to you doctor for ruining my face and body which I have to spend more money fixing my face 😀

GOT SCOLD BY THE DOCTOR AT THE WAITING ZONE. guess we shouldn't visit the same clinic continuously using insurance platform? i visited this clinic since last monday noon, i told the doctor that i have depression and request for extending mc (i do get mc from my therapist, but i couldn't get appointment at the moment, so i wish to get the mc extended through the general doctor because i do have some serious symptoms from my desease and side effects from the new medicine i took) (i think this was my problem for directly telling the doctor if they can extend my mc) but they was pretty nice at the first and gave me the mc i requested. (which i really appreciated) and last Thursday night i visited them again due to the side effects of my new medicine was still there, and that doctor was patient and nice to look through the side effects of my medicine with me, and giving me the medicine to reduce my headache, though i was waiting very long (the dinner break of them was until 820pm, not the time they mentioned here) and this Monday night i visited them again due to flu, and everything was still okay. until i visited them again on Wednesday evening due to the flu, after i done registering on the counter and waiting for doctor, i got scold by the doctor at the waiting zone that he couldn't give me more mc, i shouldn't keep visiting them, because AIA might contact them, i really feels kinda humiliated at the moment, and couldn't say anything at the moment, i know that doctor suspected me abusing the insurance, but was I? that doctor loudly told me that he can only gave me 2 more days mc and no more. I was planning to get back to work on Thursday and he was totally suspecting me abuse the mc leave, that action was really not comfortable to me. So that i told him i only want 1 day mc. and the last I asking the counter if I could change the clinic if they haven't registered me inside the system, but they said they already registered me inside the system, so i didnt say anything, and i was planning to see the doctor and told him my condition. And at the very last, guess what, i dont get the chance to see the doctor's face, i was directly gave the medicine by the counter for sore throat and nothing else. I dont even get to describe my symptoms to that doctor and my condition, because at the very first i believed it was misunderstanding between us, but guess what? 1 day mc and some sore throat sweet and syrup, bye. What a good clinic. I was feeling so humiliated that i dont even say anything to all the treatment i received here, i just gave the money and quickly left. thanks to the treatment, I feeling more depressed then before, thank you so much.
