I do NOT recommend this place! Terrible food & terrible service/communication + overpriced. ❗️We ordered multiple dishes and none of them were even close to good. I went there hungry and left hungry. Tuna salad - tasted terrible, we couldn’t eat it and when we reported it to the manager at the end, she basically said, why did you eat the part of it then? She was like I can’t do anything, while it’s up to people’s taste and if you don’t like tuna than that’s the reason. ❗️It was made out of conserved tuna, in cucumbers, was missing ingredients and was terrible. Mexican potatoes - small, looked more like fries, terrible sauce. Eggplant salad with wall nuts - super small portion. Adjarian Khachapuri - not even close to good. Some dishes are taken out of the menu and still displayed there, that was also annoying. ❗️Waited for the order for over 50 minutes. ❗️They are not open to the feedback and as I see only about making money. *The waiters were nice. But will never visit this place and I also advise you not to.

Pros: beautiful location, varied menu and delicious, fresh desserts. Cons: The tables are wiped with an old, bad-smelling rag. The waiters are sluggish and slow. Today we ordered a croissant, but they didn’t warn us that they had just started preparing them. In the end, they brought us coffee, we waited an hour and, without waiting, when we were about to leave, the waiters remembered the croissant and “kindly” added it to our bill. To our indignation, the waiter said that the croissant was almost ready and they could serve it to us now. We then asked for another coffee, expecting that in this way the establishment would express respect for the client for inappropriate service, but the waiter simply added a third coffee to the bill. There was no trace of an apology or even a guilty look. Conclusion: We will be happy to come again, but only if the customer service policy in this cafe changes.

You will find one of the best San -Sebastian cheesecake ever in this caffe!!! Other cakes are delicious too but SS cheesecake is much better, especially in Batumi and all over Georgia. Good coffee and tea. Pretty slow service but if you are not in a rush, it’s okay.

Super lovely place for breakfast. We had great service, good food and lovely atmosphere. Pastry and coffee were one of the best we have had in Georgia. Price wise it is a bit more expensive, but it's worth it.

Very bad service with low level of communication, I just ordered waffles and pancakes and 2 cups of coffee, the coffee was served immediately and the dessert took 25 mins to come, when I tried explaining to the waiter he said this is your problem you should’ve informed us that you want them together It’s the worst kind of service and I won’t think of coming here again And as a peace of advice: teach your waiters how to talk with manners because we’re paying money here

We hung out at the cafe with friends and it was great. After we paid the bill, our friends asked to put the rest of the cakes in a takeout box and we've ordered two more apple pies to go. We paid up front for the pies. The staff forgot about us. When we reminded them, they handed out our friends' food, but not ours. We reminded them again. The thing is, everything we ordered was fasting and the apple pies we ordered to go were the same ones we have eaten at the cafe that same evening/hour. But in the end they have given us non fasting pies and we only noticed this at home. I am very disappointed

A great Choice of desserts of all kinds. I did not dine in, we took some dry cakes, cookies with us and they were absolutely marvelous. It is quite hard to choose from the huge variety and the staff is really helpful. Prices are not cheap, a slice of cake is between 5-9 Laris, but it is worth the price.

Worst sandwich I ever had.. 3 pieces of paper thin of what they call “Turkey ham”, 1 piece of cheese and old lettuce.. you get more at subway. 14lari plus 3 for a side of mayo. 10 lari for a small pot of green bagged tea. My wife did enjoy her dessert but she can write her own review..) Bottom line if you’re hungry avoid as it took them 25 minutes to put this cold masterpiece together.. Nice design and decent service though but I’m just outraged and still hungry about the food I got.

Their coffee is average. I wouldn’t go to order coffee from them as there are a couple of good coffee spots in Batumi. Their food however is delicious and full of flavors. I haven’t tried the sweets yet, but overall I would come back for the food.

HORRIBLE service!!!! We were overcharged for 2 plates of food. It took 30 minutes to get coffee... and we didn't get the said coffee until we were completely finished with our breakfast. Also, we had to reorder coffee because they forgot. It took so long to get our coffees that we had to walk up to the counter for them. When we came inside we saw the waiters and waitress standing over our prepared coffees talking and laughing. Finally our bill was brought out before we received all of our food as if trying to hurry us out of the restaurant. Advice... skip this place!! There are may other restaurants and cafes in Batumi to choose from, places that treat their patrons with respect, decency and a modicum of attentiveness.

Vegans beware. I asked the staff and they assured me that not a single item in their gigantic dessert/pastry case is vegan friendly. I was treated poorly for asking this question and did not feel welcome

Heavenly desserts and pastry with top quality service and a pleasant atmosphere. Great place for breakfast as well. Definitely the best patisserie-cafe in the city❤️

Very nice place, pleasant atmosphere with quiet and pleasant background music. Excellent food, amazing cheesecakes. There is an option for coffee (cappuccino) with delicious almond milk. Great service, in short, we had a great time
