The employee started screaming at us for taking photos of things we wanted to buy and accused us of being spies because we were Asian. So unprofessional and racist. Do not come here unless you want to get yelled at for browsing the store. For people’s reference, the man yelling at us was a short middle-aged bald man.

Nice store, helpful personell, HOWEVER i had an issue 3 months later with the phone, i have tried to email and call Saturn without any help so i will now reduce my rating to one star until this is resolved. (except for that everything was fine and clean, but lets hope you will not have any problems with the stuff bought here)

Grundsätzlich ist das Geschäft in Ordnung. Die Beratungen vielen bisher mäßig bis gut aus. Manchmal wird man von Werbenden/Beratern (keine Saturn-VerkäuferInnen) regelrecht bedrängt, obwohl man erst einmal schauen möchte.

I love this shop , Huge electronics store in the mall. It has pretty much anything you can think of - phones and tablets, laptops, displays and TVs, computer peripherals, various home appliances, consoles and console accessories, merchandise, etc. Friendly and helpful staffs

Rude security personnel who asked us not to take photo. Racist store called us spies because were asian and threatened to call the police. Its one thing to ask us to stop taking photos, but it's another to start screaming at us and calling us spies. Learn some basic manners - bald middle aged man who was so rude. I would never step foot again!

An old man from Mobilcom debitel counter was so rude. We were there to buy IPhone 13pro max. First we went to the O2 counter to know the details about phone contract, the O2 employee said we should ask his colleague. Then we went to the counter of mobilcom debitel where the old man said we cannot have a contract in anywhere in Germany if we don’t speak deutsche. It was really hurtful the way he treated us.

Schicke Filiale welche eine der wenigen ist welche noch einen Schaukasten für die In-Ear Kopfhörermodelle hat was ich sehr schon finde da das anschauen der Produkte für mich definitiv dazugehört wenn ich einen Laden besuche. Die Filiale ist außerdem sehr übersichtlich aufgebaut und die Mitarbeiter aufmerksam.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, konnten meine Wünsche erfüllt werden. Der Mitarbeiter der für die Handyreparaturen zuständig war, konnte mir professionell helfen. Wirklich top. Auch die Damen an der Kasse war sehr freundlich. Was mich etwas gestört hat, war das nicht pünktlich geöffnet wurde. So etwas geht gar nicht. Auch wenn es 2 Minuten nur sind. Trotzdem war ich zufrieden wieder gegangen.

Unfortunately this branch became terribly bad! I bought a machine from here with long guarantee and when I came to repair it, they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks tops! It took 2 months and they sent it back unrepaired! Honestly the worst customer service I’ve even encountered in my whole life. I don’t know what the lady’s name is but her boss is Mr. Bier. No apologies no compensation nothing, just terrible!!! Please never buy guarantee here

DO NOT BUY FROM SATURN! I bought an expensive vacuum that had a manufacturing defect, which made it unusable, and returned the product the next day. Instead of replacing it immediately, or offering me refund, Saturn can only send it to the manufacturer which takes 1 month waiting!! DISCRIMINATORY against non-German clients, neither in-store staff, nor online service makes even a tiny effort to help you in English. You are treated like a fool!! Stay away!

Typisch Saturn. Fragt man höflich nach bestimmten Produkten, ja, gucken Sie mal dahinten, da müsste das auch dabei sein. Die Auswahl ist ja gut, aber der Service unterirdisch.

Mitarbeiter katastrophal, beim begutachten eines Handys wurde der Alarm ausgelöst obwohl das Kabel nicht entfernt wurde. Der Mitarbeiter hat lautstark rumgemeckert, das Handy dann wortlos entfernt. Furchtbar.

Access to the store was quite hard to find when coming in from the ‘wrong’ door at the mall. In the store, i tried to queue for a customer service advisor to help me, as I was looking for very specific items and it is a large store, but eventually gave up after having had to change queues a few times and customer advisors seeming to disappear all together. Shift change? The shelves were well-stocked and I found what I was looking for, but just took me a bit of time. Might have been there at their busiest time. Good quality products anyway!

Nice place to buy tech, music, videogames in general. Depending on what branch you go to, the size of the place. Customer service here is nice, most of them don't speak English, but they will find a way to help you out. Prices are ok, not cheap not expensive, although some of the items you can find are cheaper on Amazon.

Die Filiale konnte mich heute nicht wirklich überzeugen. Die Auswahl an Laptops war im Gegensatz zum Mediamarkt im Alexa eher beschaulich, das Standard-Sortiment war aber dennoch vorhanden. Wir wurden auch sehr nett und ausführlich beraten, das hat mir gut gefallen. Auch ist das Publikum hier viel angenehmer als im Alexa.

Mein Partner und ich wollten heute einen Staubsauger kaufen. Wir gingen um 12 Uhr mittags hin, es waren nur zwei Mitarbeiter auf der ganzen Etage. Ich ging zu dem in der TV-Abteilung, um zu fragen, ob es jemanden gibt, der uns mit Staubsaugern helfen kann. Er hat nicht einmal Augenkontakt mit mir aufgenommen. Er unterhielt sich weiter mit seinen Kunden und sagte nicht einmal, dass er sich gleich wieder bei Ihnen melden würde. Dann habe ich den anderen Mitarbeiter, einen älteren mit Brille, gefragt, ob er jemanden in die Staubsaugerabteilung schicken kann. Er tat nur so, als wolle er jemanden anrufen, und verschwand einfach hinter der Kasse. Ich gab schließlich auf und erzählte den Angestellten beim Rausgehen, dass ich über 20 Minuten gewartet hatte, aber sie zuckten nur mit den Schultern und sagten: "Jaaa, tut mir leid", nie wieder. Läden wie diese verdienen es, bankrott zu gehen und geschlossen zu werden.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced, and if youve been some time in germany, you know the bar is very low. Needed 4 workers to handel the issue, finally the last one was friendly, meanwhile the others accused us of staining, even though it was the workers own finger prints!!! so we had to clean it In front of them to prove it…. Additionally we had to read them their own AGBs because they were telling us that this is not possible and that etc. store is nice though, but customer service is the worst in my experience, wont ever buy at saturn again

A shop with everything from Washing Machines to small plastic horses. More electricals than you could ever wish for, except musical instruments or keyboards.

It was awesome... You can find anything you want. I forgot to mention that it is almost like Harvey Norman but way more bigger! Any computer, home & kitchen electric items can find here.
