Dear Charley's, you might have not made the Sausige Spice Latte better with your amazing jam toast. But HOLY MOLY is your jam toast AMAZING dipped with hot chocolate 😍. And the hash browns also remind me of the Schueberfeuer in Luxembourg, taste like the churros, altough your hash browns ARE a little dry!

I got a omelette platter and the cashier said I could add the toppings when I got to the cook. I stood there and waited for the cook to ask what I wanted IN my omelette and he never asked me and wrapped up the omelette with just cheese and bacon. I then asked why the toppings were not put inside the omelette and the man asked me if I wanted them ON TOP😤 I eventually went back after a brief cool down to ask to buy a omelette with the toppings inside and the cook was very rude and said they could put the tomatoes in is but not the lettuce. I’m only making a review because had horrible customer service after they already made my omelette look like trash 🗑

REALLY disgusting male cashier taking food back from across the counter, and then doing food prep without cleaning hands or a glove change. The gentleman seems to be carefree and has no concerns with cross-contamination. And then the lady touching your sandwich handles the same items used during food (French fry) prep by the cashier- and then straight into your digestive tract. Apparently there is no management, and AAFES will not inspect their vendors. This occurrence was on 22 Oct 2023, at about 1500. Wonder how many people will be sick from Charley's foods today?

Hygiene :-( Cashiers are constantly bouncing back and forth between money handling, food prep, and expediting. They seem to think that because they wear gloves that they’re clean. And then there are nasty fingers inside of your otherwise clean drinking cups. I thought AAFES inspected the food vendors for sanitation, but clearly not. Dirty Charley’s!

Regular fry = 400 cal. Large fry = 800 cal. By this metric you'd think you get twice as many fries in a large fry compared to a regular fry. I ordered both a reg and a large. They literally put the exact same amount in each container.

It's fast food good in a pinch but not amazing. Good customer service very fast. There were about 10 people ahead of me ordered and got my food in like 15 min.

Have eaten here before and it was good. Not the case with our latest visit. Meat was over cooked and way too much salt. Couldn’t finish our meals. Did they increase the prices; it seemed very expensive this time.

Women at the counter was great got my larger order perfect. It took about 20 minutes to get my food because of a large line however. It was clearly on their monitor but they were confused with what was simpliy ordered. I asked for buffalo and ranch sauce on my sandwich and the person decided it was best to put 90% of the sauce one 1 side. I dont know who likes their sauce like that but it was waaaay too much. My food wasnt very good either. The bread was saggy after the drive home 5 minutes away. Will not be returning.
