Pretty Different is an enrichment for Oldenburg and it's always worth taking a look - I've already bought one or two pieces there. The employees are really nice and never give the impression that they are annoyed or don't feel like it, the prices are totally fair and it's 1000 times more fun to look there than in the usual chains ♡

You can find some really nice things here – but the prices are steep. Especially when there is a brand name on it, it sometimes becomes ridiculous. The goods come exclusively from bulk purchases, there is no second hand in the classic sense here (no private purchases). It's nice that you can pay by card (otherwise rather difficult in second-hand shops), the changing rooms could use some improvement (more space, better light, opaque curtains). All in all, a good shop and an enrichment for a stroll through the city - it's the prices that really blow me away.

Affordable clothes.

I didn't find any designer pieces (which the store heavily advertises). There were only incredibly overpriced sports jackets from the 80s and a lot of clothing that looked like new Chinese goods and had the labels cut out. I found it very funny. I have also seen several items of clothing from well-known local textile retail chains that you can definitely get cheaper there in the sale. Second hand is presented here as an overpriced trend and has nothing to do with the actual browsing for cheap treasures.

You can usually always find something! Really, really great little shop. I like him a lot!

Was very disappointed. The store smelled like musty clothing covered with the sickly sweet smell of vanilla incense. Prices are okay, but you have to accept animal hair on some items of clothing and unfortunately a lot of (grease) stains in the sweatshirts. . . Unfortunately not my shop. . .

Really great shop, very nice, friendly staff. We'd love to come back when we're in Oldenburg again. It's better to look second hand first, in the spirit of sustainability, we're thrilled.

If I had to give an insider tip for a shop to visit in Oldenburg, this would be the best place. Super nice staff and lots of great things that stand out from the mainstream. Definitely recommended!
