My
original
review
was
-
for
whatever
reason
-
blocked
at
some
point.
That's
why
I'm
posting
them
again.
It
was
written
about
a
year
ago.
--------
Since
my
partner
and
I
like
to
visit
antique
shops
and
second
hand
shops,
I
can
at
least
claim
to
have
something
to
compare
it
to.
All
I
can
say
is
this:
I
have
only
seen
very,
very,
very
few
stores
that
are
run
with
so
much
love
and
hard
work.
And
with
a
-
in
my
opinion
-
absolutely
correct
moral
compass.
You
don't
have
to
be
in
the
store
for
long
to
see
that
there
is
a
clear
order
and
structure
in
the
store,
which
not
only
makes
browsing
and
searching
easier,
but
also
makes
it
fun.
Added
to
this
is
the
great
condition
of
the
pieces.
They
are
well
maintained,
very
clean
and
always
tidy.
As
a
small
example:
Even
with
"only"
5€
objects,
you
can
see
how
carefully
all
the
small
parts
were
put
together
in
a
small
bag
and
glued
to
the
side.
But
not
just
anywhere,
but
on
the
small
piece
of
metal
so
that
the
leather
is
not
attacked
by
the
adhesive
strip.
We
were
often
a
little
surprised
at
the
prices
because
we
then
had
to
ask
ourselves
whether
they
were
really
right.
Goods
that
are
of
equal
quality
or
even
in
worse
condition
cost
twice
as
much
in
other
stores.
When
asked
about
this,
the
managing
director
said
the
following
(his
statement
impressed
me
and
is
ultimately
the
main
reason
for
this
review):
"I
want
everything
to
remain
fair.
So
that
both
the
customer
and
ours
are
satisfied.
After
all,
these
are
pieces
that
have
their
own
history,
that
previous
owners
had
wishes
and
dreams,
etc....
That's
all
so
much
more
than
just
an
object
from
which
you
can
make
money.
I
want
to
respect
and
live
that
in
the
sales
process
as
well."
This
way
of
thinking
is
reflected
in
the
entire
business,
in
all
the
pieces
and
also
in
the
sale.
This
applies
to
all
employees
we
could
meet.
While
we
were
in
the
store,
the
manager
received
a
call
from
an
elderly
woman
who
had
recently
lost
her
husband.
She
wanted/had
to
sell
the
house
and
its
contents.
So
she
called
the
store.
But
there
was
no
“sales
conversation”
at
all
because
the
shop
owner
used
the
conversation
to
calm
the
lady
on
the
phone
and
give
her
advice
and
support
regarding
all
the
steps
that
were
now
necessary
(which
had
nothing
to
do
with
antiques).
stand.
He
forwarded
them
to
the
correct
contact
person
and
took
the
necessary
time.
That
really
impressed
me.
Here,
too,
you
noticed:
it's
not
about
making
money
quickly,
but
about
the
people
behind
it.
When
asked
about
this,
he
then
said
that
it
would
be
much
more
beneficial
for
him
to
be
able
to
help
someone
in
such
an
emergency
situation
than
to
come
up
with
any
"finds"
in
such
a
bereavement.
And
I
can
say
with
absolutely
no
doubt
that
I
believe
him
100%.
Because
you
can
just
see
that
this
is
exactly
how
this
business
is
run.
Since
then
I
have
been
to
the
store
twice
and
was
able
to
find
some
inexpensive,
high
quality
and
beautiful
pieces
for
myself.
All
of
the
above
has
definitely
made
me
a
"future"
regular
customer
(future
as
I've
only
been
there
3
times
so
far)
who
can't
wait
to
be
back
in
Mainz
to
go
again.
As
I
was
about
to
put
on
my
beautiful
coat
from
there,
I
thought
about
the
great
shopping
experience
at
the
antique
store
and
finally
wrote
this
review.
Great
store,
great
owners
and
employees.
Absolute
recommendation!
