The place was close with nobody to receive us at 12:30 in-season (July). We hiked extra for this place to have lunch.

Terrific food and especially the apple strudel is magnificent with the vanilla sauce or the ice cream. Lovely views.

I would like to strongly recommend this place and its host. Michael was very helpful and honest. The apartment was very comfortable and not expensive in my opinion. The location is amazing. Also the restaurant is worth recommended. I and my family spent a wonderful weekend and we would love to come back someday. Thank you Michael for everything!

Came for lunch, delicious food, reasonably priced and stunning views. We were unprepared and didnt bring enough cash, so couldn't tip as much as we would have liked because the service was great, very friendly and efficient, would come again.

Really nice place. Great view of the mountain . The apartment was nicely located so we had perfect view. It appeared newly renovated and was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay. The host and staff were very friendly and helpful and easy to speak with. Definitely recommend this lovely place.

I loved staying and eating here! Michael and the entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. I felt like I was at home for a week. The views from our apartment were incredible! Michael extended much information, ideas about where to go, what to see and do, and he introduced us to several Bavarian dishes like Kaiserschmarrn and schnitzel. I would stay there again!
